In spite of many expectations, one of the most important ones wasn't met

View the pictures and see what expectations looked like versus what happened. This hat is great quality, and the roll-up design makes it easy to store. Moreover, as it is adjustable specifically if you have a small-sided head, it caters to you to an extent. As you can see, the brim is large enough to provide adequate protection against the sun. Due to that, I do not believe that the hat I received is the same as that which I am not satisfied with the size of my brimmed hat, and I was hoping to find one that is smaller like the hat on the top left.

The first time I took it out of the box, I did not know how I felt about the hat. At first I didn't realize I could wear my hair in a bun at the pool with it on, but I later discovered I could! In a nutshell, What I'm trying to say is, I'm really confused right now. Despite the Velcro, I couldn't get the hat to stay on my head when I opened it to try to put it on. It seems to be missing a part of it or it is very poorly designed, and the Velcro isn't very effective.
