Because the shirt pocket is too thin to hold the chain in place as is, pinch the clip with pliers to tighten it up and hold the chain in place.

I would have given it five stars if it weren't for the fact that I had to use tools to clip it to a belt. It's unlikely that it'll come loose on its own once it's clipped to a belt. In some ways, I suppose that's a plus.
I'm now a pocket watch collector, and a mechanical pocket watch collector at that. It takes a while to figure out what time it is, which is fine because time isn't that important to me, and I don't need to check it every hour. My stainless steel pocket watch looks great with this chain. The only thing I'll say is that the chain snags on clothing from time to time and may, just may, scratch the watch. However, I like it.
The watch came in a nice box, which I'll use to give it to a friend as a gift. It's a lot brighter than the watch I put it on. That's to be expected, though. The patina on the 1921 Hamilton 14 size watch isn't as vibrant as the chain. It has no bearing on anything.
I got exactly what I had hoped for. I use it for my keyless entry device on my Mini Cooper, not for a watch, because the chain is of good quality and the length is ideal. I'll have to replace it for around $700, so I'd better make sure it's safe in my pocket.
It fit my watch perfectly and, even better, it didn't have a tiny latch hook that forced me to cut my pants loop to remove it.
It's not a bad chain, but the fact that it came with a belt clip piqued my interest, so I attached it to a heavier, longer watch chain.
My previous chain (another brand) was much heavier and seemed to be more durable, whereas this one is light and appears to be just as durable. As time goes on, I'll revise my review.
It looked great and went well with the rest of the room.
