If you're concerned about flimsiness, don't be.
This pocket watch chain is made of high-quality materials. If you want to shorten it, you'll need pliers to twist it open and shorten it to the desired length.
There isn't one included. It's just the photo's small clip. Other chains with a belt clip are available. It simply slides over the belt, and I hope that this information is useful.
One end attaches to your belt loop, while the other attaches to your pocket watch.

I didn't know how long I'd need a chain to go with my overalls because I didn't know ahead of time. So I chose this one because it was longer and allowed me to customize the length to my needs. I had to cut it 11 inches shorter, but it still fits perfectly. My overalls' buttonhole was a little too large for the T-shirt. I used a stitch to close the gap and keep the T-shirt in place. firmly secured bar I like the color and it goes well with my pocket watch. When it arrived, the clip end that attaches to the watch was stuck together, but with a little persuasion, I was able to loosen it and attach it to the watch. Overall, a great buy that looks great and that I plan to pair with my 3-year-old daughter. Also available in a three-piece suit.
If you're looking for a watch chain, this is the one to get. Because this chain is longer than most, it should be tucked in when worn, but the extra reach is beneficial to those with long arms. All of the clasps are of good quality. Dangle is a nice feature; I'm a member of Phi Theta Kappa, so I hung a key on mine, and it looks great. Also, make sure the second chain has something on it to help it stay in your pocket. A titanium toothpick was the choice for me. That has been helpful in keeping me presentable during lunch meetings.
The only problem is that it is EXTREMELY LONG. As a result, you'll have to cut it down several inches, but that's a good thing. It allowed me to adjust the length to my preference. The clasp is of high quality. The gleam of metal is preserved.
The htain was exactly as described by the seller, and it fits my pocket watch perfectly. When I'm dressed in Revolutionary War era garb, I can't wear a wristwatch. Pocket watches were used instead of wristwatches at the time. And it complements my waistcoat perfectly. The chain and this seller come highly recommended from me.
I'd prefer you to be a little thinner, but that's just me. It really works.
I've only worn it once, but so far it's worked out well. It complements my Victirinox pocket watch nicely. The clasp on my watch was a little difficult to get on, but it wasn't as difficult to take off as I had anticipated. The plating and clasp will be tested over time, but this will not be my primary watch chain.
This one was for "dressing up" to go with my 3-piece set. The patina on my grandfather's pocket watch is exactly the same as the patina on this vest! br>I also got the "beltclip" chain to go with my casual outfits. Both have made an impression on me.
It's attractive, has a good length, and is appropriate for its intended use as a pocket watch. The cheesy carbinet/clasp at the watch end of the chain is my only complaint (and the reason for the one-star reduction). It's not particularly large, and I had a difficult time getting it onto the watch.
