Questions & Answers

Can you tell me how durable the zipper is?

It took me 14 months to wear out the soles in my first pair, but the zipper is My second pair of shoes with zippers has never been an issue so far. So now I have one pair for work and one for home, I plan to order another pair. Thanks to Ryno Gear, I love my boots.

Would they be suitable for hiking on rocky terrain in the summer or would they be ?

Due to the conditions of living in the desert, I purchased these shoes and There is no better price on the market.

Would they be suitable for hiking on rocky terrain in the summer or would they be ?

They have not been too hot yet, and I am hiking in Arizona on rough terrain most of the time. Please accept my sincerest thanks for your assistance.

There is a 7 1/2 inch difference between my size and yours. If you need an 8, should you go with an 8. ?

These shoes fit me perfectly even though I went down by half a size. The pants I bought fit perfectly. I wear a size 101/2 normally, and I bought size 10 with no problems.

It matters how big you are
4/5

My order of these boots was uncertain if they would fit me There are comments all over the place about how big or small it is. From reading all the comments relating to size, I discovered what appeared to be larger sizes 10 or 11 and up seem to fit true to size. Below 10 needed a size smaller than what was actual size worn daily. There is a wider opening on these boots so they fill up better in larger sizes. My usual size is 9, but I sized down to an 8 based on this theory and they fit perfectly. It has been a week since I wore them in a highly destructive environment but they are still in good shape. My feet are still breaking them in, but after a week, they're not uncomfortable after a 10 hour shift.
They look fantastic, and I have already gotten complements on them. In addition, they come with socks that are great. The only reason I gave them four stars was that I only had them for I would like to emphasize one point that I would like to make is that homeowners shouldn't have to perform much research to determine size, etc, before purchasing. Sellers should be required to give their buyers such pertinent information by Amazon. As the customer, we are the ones who make the decisions.

The results were somewhat From the moment they are opened, these boots are quite comfortable
3/5

Due to the fact that they only come in whole sizes, I ordered a 9 which is half a size smaller than I usually wear due to the fact that I was planning on wearing these In spite of going smaller, when I tighten the laces, there is almost too much material near the toes of the boots, which creases since other customers have also reported the same thing. My guess is that if you have a fat, maybe even obese foot, these would be great fitting boots for your foot, but if your foot is a normal size, it may not fit so Also, there is a lack of traction. In less than ideal conditions, tread lightly if you are walking on solid surfaces like concrete or tile since wet soles can be very slippery and not add any additional traction. In spite of the fact that the side zipper is nice, it really does not make it easier for you to put on and take off the boot. To get your foot in, you still need to tug fairly hard. In the meantime, I will use them as a work boot for the duration of my hiking trip, not to bring on my hiking trip.

Those look like awesome boots, but are they waterproof? I like how rugged the boots look and how well stitched they look
5/5

The boot's style appeals to me as I am a former military veteran. As expected, it fits well, and the socks are nice to have. This was a bit confusing to me because it was such an easy question to answer. Waterproof boots should be a standard feature of boots. I did not receive a helpful reply, or I received a reply that skirted around the issue. It seemed to me that either they were watertight or I did not receive an appropriate response. Therefore, I simply purchased some "waterproofing" spray, and made sure my answer was "yes". It seems they fit well, and are comfortable. Considering the price, it is a great value. Shortly put, they're good looking, they fit true to size and appear rugged, and they're inexpensive.

Prices may fool you, but don't believe them
5/5

The quality of these boots surpasses that of many others. It was just more than tiresome to spend money on something that would be worn out in a year or two. In other words, I wanted something cheap that would not burn me every year when I had to buy a new pair. Honestly, I have two pairs and yes they will only last a year, but they make up for their cost in comfort and do the job better than twice as expensive boots. The waterproofing I added to these boots does not make them truly waterproof. In reality, they are more like summer boots. It's not an issue for me to wear them all year round. As far as mobility is concerned, it is excellent as well. Moving around in these is not a problem. They are still stable, but not as strong as they used to be. There is no way I would go back to boots that did not have the side zipper, I find it extremely convenient.

You might want to consider ordering one size larger
3/5

These Are Not Slip-On Shoes Waterproof or resistant to water. It has been about a year since I purchased these. The shoes were returned because, although they were supposed to be a size 13, they fit more like a size In spite of the design, I decided to take a chance and order another pair. This time I decided to go up a size, to There has been a substantial improvement in fit. There will still be a need for a little break - The side zipper of the mid-cut boot is not as helpful as it is for tall boots.

Maybe it's because they are a mid-cut boot compared to a tall boot. Without untying the laces, it's harder to get on and off. With these boots, there are two issues that arise regarding water This is *br1 No water can penetrate them, not even if they were fully submerged I haven't had to wash them after wearing them to work for one week. The boots are sprayed with boot spray three times before going out in them. It was a challenge to wade into the puddle of rain water after it came gushing through. When possible, you should wear these only when the weather is dry. In Part 2 There is no risk of slipping on them It is resistent. several times while walking from outdoors on a rainy day and stepping onto tile, kitchen flooring, etc. I would guess these boots are primarily for outdoor use. Once the tread gets broken in, perhaps they will be less slippery. Don't forget to be aware.

This boot is great value for the price
5/5

I was also given a free pair of socks with mine. The boots I bought for $39 were a good value at that price and they compare well to boots I have paid double that amount As a result of recommendations made by others, I ordered a size 11 as I usually wear a size 11-12 The number 1/2 to 12 is a fraction. It appears that they run just a little big even though they fit really well. I've had them for a month or two now, and they seem to be holding up well. It's hard for me to know how they would feel without gel inserts, as I put them in before wearing Preparing for taller heights is a must as mine added an inch or two to my height.

However, they are good boots even if they are not suitable for me
4/5

As I said at the beginning, this is not a negative review of the boots. This is a positive review since they fit and look great and appear to be My problem is, they are not motorcycle boots, since, 1- they do not provide an additional toe protection when shifting gears, and 2- they are not wide enough between shifter and floorboard. Since I do not need another pair of non-riding boots, I will.

It is now time for the third Having my third pair of Ryno Gear shoes is a great experience for me
5/5

This is an excellent pair of shoes for light constructions and long distance walking. Compared to what we expected, this pair has a little more width. The next time I order, I'd get a size half smaller than what I usually get.
