boots should be ordered one full size smaller than your normal shoes, as is the case with most military boots. When it comes to my shoes, I wear a size 10 while my boots are a size 9.

I remember these boots (olive drab) from my military days because they almost look like jungle boots. Our products are made right here in the United States. It is normal for them to run large. In my case, I wear a 9W, and ordered down a whole size (8W) per the instructions. When wearing boot socks, I need a small amount of extra room for my toes. These are very comfortable to wear at work and I wear them throughout the day. In my case, I did not even have to replace My original pair lasted for quite some time. I hope these ones will last as long as they This is the only maintenance I will perform on these boots I will polish the leather and rub down the canvas with Otter Wax. The following are a few points of interest 1 This version does not feature spike protection, as the originals did. The following are 2 bullet points of the report Getting a good set of wheels may be a challenge without Goodyear Welts. I will add to those in paragraph 3 There are two pairs of eyelets at the bottom, and five pairs of speed laces at the top, making them a bit more easy to wear.
They fit great- There is no slop, no squeeze. I fell in love with jungle boots 50 years ago when backpacking in Utah's canyons where frequent stream crossings were just part of the experience and I used them every time. If I had to stick with just one kind of footwear for the rest of my life, I would pick jungle boots. I am afraid. The majority of us are aware there is a huge amount of subpar and downright awful knock offs out there, we must have come across almost every brand of them and eventually gave up searching for an acceptable pair. I'm looking forward to it. I gave it one more shot as I enter another boondocking season, tore Amazon apart looking for a pair to assume the role of best friend to my fat old duck feet and found these MCRAES. I clicked the buy button fully prepared to be disappointed once Seeing how I was wrong makes me so happy that I cannot express my gratitude! There is the same craftsmanship and materials as I remember, just as they were when boots were made in America 'back in the day' when quality was taken My god, I miss those days dammit, and it's a pure delight to find that spirit once again in something as critical as footwear. Well done, MCRAE, I will never let a pair of these slip away.
I used to have these in the Army, so I can say that they are fairly similar to what used to be The insole could use some improvement, like a more comfortable one. This is better than a foreign knockoff Made in the United States in North Carolina. Allen Edmonds Classic fit (also made in the USA) is similar to these sizes. This McRae jungle boot is highly recommended.
This item is 9 inches long. I wear size 9 Nike footwear and a size 5R in nike footwear. Previously I wore a size 5R in my Oakley Combat boots, so I sized up to a size 9 in these boots. My WellCo panama boots are a size 9 and I would need a 5R. I have a 5R that fits me well. My first pair of Boots fit too loosely, so I returned them. I ordered them again in size 9R, and they fit better this time. A size 9R of MCRAE fits me the same as a size 9 of my own brand. There are 5R Panama Sole jungle boots from Wellco. It is advisable to order this boot one size down from the size you wear in your regular I must say, it's one of the best styles of boots I own. So I can pair them with my OCP pattern uniform, the new color of the new MCRAE cords is terrific. Please note that. The following is the result of reviewing That's awful. The size of the participants shrank. Keeping the nine was the right call.
The same as I bought in 1967 except this was US MADE and not crap from other countries.
This pair of shoes was my favorite until I purchased them! Served in the military for 30 years. With over 15 years' experience in monsoon environments and jungles, we know the benefits of REAL, MADE-IN-USA products We have jungle boots from the USA. I recently purchased McCrae boots since they are made in the USA of 100% authentic materials and have excellent craftsmanship. The wade is used for wading through streams and rivers It was too hot for waders or rubber boots to be worn while trudging through wetlands in preparation for hunting season. You can find cheaper jungle boots on the market, and they are just cheap imitations. The price is cheap, and the money is wasted. I am happy I spent every cent I did on these boots.
They are a good fit for me. The 9 E size fits the insols and wool socks that I have. I recommend wearing better insoles than those that come with the boot, because the inside on the wool socks is a bit rough. Despite wearing them every day, I'm still breaking them in after having them for a few weeks. There is some breaking in to do, but these boots seem to fit better than Altama, which seem to be too long almost all the time. Considering its classic style and durability, it makes a good investment. It's all subjective to me, but I've tried Altama and McRae, and the only reason I chose these was because they were available in the size I need, and they fit well. If you are in between sizes, consider going down one size or even one If you don't like a size, I recommend buying two sizes and returning the ones that aren't right.
Wear and tear on the tread is fairly rapid. The tread on the tires has already worn away half of its surface after only a few months. This is the first time my Altima jungle boots have worn out so 121 was the amount I paid. This is how much I paid for these boots on March 7th, My tires have worn out in an unacceptable amount of time as of May 31, 2018. If I keep going at this rate, I will not have any tread left in six months. Generally speaking, the boot is holding up nicely and is a sturdy piece of footwear.
