My go-to shoe for comfort because my feet aren't particularly wide.
They are, in fact. They're glued in and can be difficult to pull out, but they can be removed. I had to replace mine because they had worn out.
These shoes are lighter and cooler than any other shoes I've owned in the past.
I'm not sure about the weight, but be aware that the shoe is a full size larger than the one I ordered. I ordered 13 wide from two vendors, but the sketchers were a perfect 1" at the heel.

First and foremost, they are extremely comfortable and well-fitting for my clown feet. br>br>And now for the bad news: The grooves in the soles are the perfect size to grab little rocks, and the sole material has the perfect amount of softness to form around those little rocks and hold them tightly in the grooves like nothing I've ever seen. As a result, my soles fill up with rocks every time I walk across our gravel driveway (or leave the house). When I return, it's as if I'm wearing freaking tap shoes until I get a screwdriver and dig out all the rocks. The fact that I now have @! is an added bonus. My floor is littered with $ rocks. I'll continue to buy Skechers in the future, but this model is terrible.
These shoes are extremely comfortable to wear on the street and appear to be well-made. made. I'm not sure why Skechers provides laces that are a foot too long for their shoes. br>br>The tread design is one feature that I dislike. Small stones will be grabbed and held by the slit designs in a soft flexible shoe, causing severe damage to wood floors, tiles, and even composite floors. Before entering any house or walking on anything other than carpet, these shoes must be removed immediately and the gravels from the tread dug out. That's your home or any of your friends' homes, which is why I deducted two stars from my rating. Skechers with no such tread are a far better option.
This is a great shoe, but you can't ignore the fact that it runs large according to everyone else. I'm a 6'5" guy who wears a 14 2E shoe, which is the size I initially ordered, and they're a full size too big (length, not width). I can't emphasize how important it is to size down a full size. I exchanged it for a 13 2E, which fit perfectly (they run large in length but not width). br>With the exception of the unusually large sizing, these shoes are fantastic. They're extremely comfortable, and they've held up well so far. I use mine when I go for a walk or go for a bike ride.
'EVA' SOLE MATERIAL IS SLIPPERY. My Skechers arrived from Amazon the other day. I returned them today for a full refund because they shipped the WRONG STYLE and COLOR. br>On the sole material, I did some research. It appears to be 'EVA,' the same material used by CROCs, which explains why they are so light but extremely SLIPPERY and dangerous on wet metal surfaces. Wet metal surfaces, such as manhole covers in the street and the edges of sidewalks with metal guards, are especially dangerous. br>Made in Vietnam for a pittance, it's barely worth $65.
Skechers Sport Men's Flex Advantage are my second pair. These shoes are perfect for me because I wear a size 13 and have a wide foot. I walk every day and find these to be very comfortable on either paved or gravel roads near our home. The first pair has been in my possession for over a year; I wear them every day and they are still in excellent condition.
My foot is wide, and I am a woman. I bought the men's wide because they fit well and have a unisex look, making them very appealing; the shoes are lightweight and flexible, and the memory foam makes them extremely comfortable. My leather walking shoes were too stiff, so I bought them primarily for exercise classes. But, because they are so comfortable, I plan to wear them frequently and will purchase a black pair. I frequently buy men's wide athletic shoes because the women's version is frequently identical to the men's. I prioritize comfort and a good fit.
I was hesitant about ordering shoes online because it was the first time I had done so. I've owned a lot of Skechers over the years, so I figured getting the same size I've always worn would be a safe bet. I received the package and opened it. The product was exactly as described and fit perfectly; it also came with an extra pair of shoelaces that you could use to switch between the black laces (which were already installed) and the light gray laces for a little contrast against the black tongue. To keep the tongue in place while wearing the shoes, I simply unlaced the top two and looped the laces through the tongue's fabric. To combat fatigue, it's very comfortable, stylish, and lightweight.
This is the most comfortable pair of sneakers I've ever worn; I feel like I'm walking on air in them. Other brands cost more, but they were not as comfortable. One of the disadvantages I read about this shoe is that it will pick up gravel under the sole, which is true, but not a big deal if you're running on a track or a smooth surface. I like how wide the shoe is and how it doesn't squeeze my feet on the side. I'm hoping they'll have a blue one soon so I can get another pair, but if not, I'll have to make do with the gray. I adore them!.
