I originally contacted tech support because, they told me, the product was no longer under warranty. My watch had to be backed up for an additional 30 minutes after I proved where and when I purchased it. My watch was returned to me unrepaired after Samsung finally agreed to repair it over two weeks after I convinced Samsung to fix it. "The watch was not able to be repaired due to liquid damage," said Samsung. Since I had never even been in contact with damp or even wet watch before, this was quite surprising. The watch will be repaired after Samsung talks with me for another hour. The last trip I make to UPS I hope will be my last. The purchase of this device is not recommended in either scenario.

This website is no longer available. It crashed a little over 4 months later. It does not seem to be fixed. The amount of metal I own now appears to be $300. As a whole, I enjoyed it during its brief existence.
