Watches should be bought for their features, not for their smart capabilities
4/5

The Fossil Q Men's Machine Stainless Steel Hybrid Smartwatch comes in the following colors Black

As one of the very few analog watches around the $150 price point with any kind of smart watch capabilities, the Fossil Q Hybrid Smartwatch is a very impressive model. [No buyer will be disappointed]
King Size The appreciation of staying rustic and traditional is something that many smart hybrid watches have not included, and Fossil provides that with its style. As a minimalist watch company, Fossil Q is intent on making their customers look at a lovely watch by emulating luxury models. Despite its curved glass, the outer outer ring has been slanted slightly to highlight the curved ring. In this manner, the watch gives off a simulated sense of depth when viewed from every angle. Additionally, this elevated design is applied to the inside of A sense of depth and complexity is conveyed through the minutes that are ticked all around at a height. With a metallic finish along the outer rim of the hands, the quartz movement gives the watch its final touch. Fossil has achieved just what they set out for themselves. They have perfected their image of what it's like to wear a Fossil product, with its minimalist design As well as easy removal of the watch bands, there are great alternatives for the watch bands available on the web, from third party sellers to Fossil itself. black stainless steel had a little too much size for my hand, and even though I tried to decrease its size manually, it was still not From their website, I bought a band for a lot less money to make it a lot more comfortable. Smart Function [I wish it was smarter]
I wish it was smarter There are indeed convenience features on the fossil, but they cannot be compared to smart features. honestly believe it lacks a great deal of smart features, but it gets the job done. Using the app, the three buttons on the watches can be customized. Here is what you can do You can also see the number of steps taken and how many calories you have burned or how much sleep you may have gotten as well in tandem, you can also see how many calories you have burned or how many steps you have taken. There is however a delay of about 1 second with all of these features. It is recommended that you activate 5 seconds before starting. In order to use these features, I usually go to my phone and do them myself. It is my recommendation that you find a hybrid smartwatch that you can wear for fitness, rather than looking to buy one of these. The battery life will be 5/5 if you replace it after 6 months, so no worries! It uses low power Bluetooth smart 4 technology on the Fossil Q, the hybrid smartwatch. A smart watch with a substantial battery life extension capability is far superior to many others on the market. The watch has some smart features, so you can buy it for the watch. Buying the Fossil Q Men Hybrid Smartwatch, a minimalistic watch inspired by history, can be a great investment if you are looking for a watch with an old-fashioned look. You must keep in mind that the marketed smartwatch features suffer from software limitations, and that they are mostly gimmicks rather than true benefits. The pros include The watch is beautiful to look at and has a long battery life. The watch band is customizable. The cons are the following The smart controls are gimmicky and a waste of time. User experience average for an app

PS You may want to start looking for sales, as Fossil and other retailers often run sales. In comparison with the retail price of $175, I was able to get a Hybrid watch for $98. There was an $8 sale on Fossil's website instead of $25.
If you are reading this, Fossil, I would be happy to pay a little more for a glow in the dark feature. During the night, I cannot see anything on the watch.

A buyer should be aware of the risks
3/5

This watch has been in my possession for quite some time. My first few months with the app were great. The app was a little clunky at first, but I found it helpful for tracking my steps, adjusting my phone's volume while listening to music, and keeping track of time. I also liked the look of the app. It was due to a much needed update a month or so ago that the app has ceased logging activity. There is no longer any communication between the app and It will still be possible to adjust the volume or stop the music, but the app won't keep any data from your There is a widespread issue with this app. If you look at the user reviews, virtually everyone's watch stopped working after the app update. There seems to be no solution to this problem. A reset, a change of battery, or a removal of the app may be necessary. I haven't heard from the developer about the issue, and the app just doesn't work anymore. Look elsewhere if you are looking for a watch with activity tracking.

It's really nice to have a hybrid watch
5/5

It has a good appearance and some smart watch features, but it is strictly a fashion accessory. Using the smart functions, I set the following three things to occur It would be nice if my phone could ring when I was unable to The second and third options are to 2) pause/start/skip music, and 3) show text messages in the past. In terms of looks and functionality, it strikes the perfect balance. Having a $300 Samsung Frontier smartwatch with a lot more functionality but requiring charging every few days (which means you need to pack the proprietary charger when traveling for longer than two days), was quite finicky, and stopped charging after about one year isn't ideal. When the Samsung watch stopped taking a charge, I exchanged it for this one for about half the price. Am I missing any features from the Samsung watch? I think it was, but charging on a regular basis was inconvenient, particularly when traveling. With this Fossil's replaceable battery, it will last for at least six months. All of the things it said it would do have been done. A smart hybrid watch with limited smart functionality that looks nice would be a good option for those looking for a stylish watch.

The smart watch is a poor excuse for something so important
3/5

My original Moto 360 and Fitbit Charge 2 have outlived their usefulness, so I bought this to replace them. It was not a necessity to buy a new android smartwatch since the CPUs would be upgraded soon (Fall 2018), but the design of the watch appealed to me. It was that and nothing else that I was unable to set up the watch to coordinate with the alerts on my Google Pixel due to the cumbersome program I used to configure the watch. I was able to get it configured to point to certain hours based on the alerts, but almost never an alert would appear. It may take me 3 minutes to see the alert on my watch after I feel the vibration of the phone. With a number of limitations to the watch I eventually just stopped wearing it due to frustration. The Moto 360 ended up being the better choice, so I returned it and went back to it. This, while not ageing as well as the Fossil Hybrid watch, is a lot more functional than that one.

This is stylish
5/5

Digital information at a basic level. A sturdy product. purchased this watch for my husband. He needed something nice to wear to formal events. It was the same for his others. Because it was a digital form, I thought it was a smart idea. He wanted to know one by one what he was doing. As compared to my Fit Bit, it's only able to store basic information. I still have no complaints about it. Considering he gets more than five thousand extra views per day than I do, I don't think the steps are accurate. It takes me two hours more to do my job than he does. I am on my feet and I am on my Other brands do not break the info down as well in the app. Keeps track of everything. I can't get enough of it, and my husband loves it too! It's too much of a hassle to remove it. Towards the end of the year, I got a great birthday gift! This was a very worthwhile trip. Fossil is a reliable brand with an excellent reputation for durability and quality.
