I don't recommend this, unless the tie is completely untied first. In the event that you are familiar with and comfortable with the techniques of properly tying kosher Tzitzit, then remove the Tzitzit.
It'll fit 2xl for sure, but 3xl I have no idea. When the measurements are in cm and not xl, for instance, it can be confusing.

Upon seeing the "printed" label I was shocked as there was NO LABEL on the bag! In my opinion, one should not place ANY label on a garment worn for holy purposes. In hopes that the manufacture intended it to wash off, I washed them, but the brand is intact and proud Although we wear them, we won't wear them on Shabbat or during the high holy days. I intend to replace In my experience, none of the garments that form the four corners of our Tzitzit have ever been labelled.
The labels on these are painted inside, which makes them of the worst quality. In fact, the painted red labels become extremely rough and scratchy (think cracked, crumbling paint) like sandpaper over time. I wore them and washed them a few times before I realized they were not as good as initially believed. I would advise you to choose another type of label if your child is sensitive (sensory) to scratchy labels. There is a comfort element to most of the tee shirt styles, with soft labels sewn in.
The item was purchased for a three-year-old boy who is relatively small for his age (for an idea of his size In Carter's case, the clothes he wore matched his age exactly, but in Old Navy he would wear a size down). According to the description, size 3 is meant to fit kids ages 2 to 6 He fits his undershirt exactly there is no room for growth, so it would likely be too tight in the armpits for a child who is more on the average/small (rather than the average/large) side. You should buy a size up even if you are buying for a boy who is extremely petite. I wish I would have purchased a size larger so he could use it for a longer period of time. There is no fault with the quality, and the design is pretty cool.
It was a perfect This is a great product.
I like it a lot.
It has pockets at the corners that make it easy to wash without tangling. (I still use a lingerie bag, Make sure the wash is well done. Children will really enjoy this!.
