Take it to a mouse for a sniff test only if you didn't dry clean it!
Hello, please choose a jacket size first, and the pant size will match the jacket size; there is a 7" drop between the coat and the pants up to size 44, then a 6" drop from size 45 and up. A size 46 jacket, for example, comes with pants that have a 40" waist. Thank you
Take it to a tailor to have it altered. You wouldn't wear a belt with a tuxedo in the first place. A cummerbund or a nice pair of suspenders to match your bow tie will look great.br>br>Just have the waistline taken in by a tailor.

38 is a short number for a lot of things. I had the suit tailored to fit me like a glove. On the far left, you'll find me.
It arrived on time and was exactly what I needed! The 40 regular fit perfectly and required no alterations. My son is about 5'11" tall and weighs 180 pounds, with an athletic build. The quality is excellent, and it looks fantastic when worn.
The jacket is a little snug, but it looks fine as long as I don't fasten the button, so I can live with it since I have no plans to be an orchestral musician or a waiter in a fancy restaurant. A tuxedo is an item of clothing that I rarely wear. I expected the pants to be too long for my 29" inside leg, so I planned to have them shortened. What surprised me was how close they were together. My normal waist and inside leg measurements are 32" waist and 29" inside leg. I discovered that these pants have a waist measurement of 29" and an inside leg measurement of 32". Was that something I was aware of? Is it possible that the description threw me off? I'm sorry, but I have no recollection. As it stands, the tailor shortening the legs was able to let out the waist by an inch, and the pants are a tight fit. The subject matter appeals to me. It's a fantastic suit. I'm waiting for someone to compliment me on how good I look!.
This Kenneth Cole cut is one of my favorites. I have three suits (blue, gunmetal, and black) and have decided on the tuxedo. It's exactly what I was looking for, and it's a great deal for the money. My advice is to visit your local Macy's and try on a KC suit. Purchase this if it is a good fit for you.
It has the appearance of a traditional tuxedo with a slim fit. Just keep in mind that if you work out, the pants will most likely be a little too big, even if the jacket fits perfectly. I weigh 200 pounds and wear a regular jacket size 44 or 45. The 44R fits perfectly, but the pants are two inches too long and two inches too big in the waist. The 36x32mm wheels on the 44R are standard.
This tuxedo was purchased for an event, but I intended to wear it more than once. The jacket's button dislodged and rolled across the floor in front of a professional group within the first hour of wearing it. From there on out, it was all downhill. It looked nice on the hanger, but it didn't hold up as well as a Halloween costume. The jacket's life expectancy is only a few hours.
Otherwise, I would have exchanged for a different size if it had been available, but it was not. The seller provided a return shipping label and promptly refunded the cost. br>It was an overall positive experience.
For my 18-year-old son, I bought a 36 and a 38. The 36 was far too small for me - The size 38 was perfect for me. My son is 5'11" (barely), 160 pounds, slim but muscular, and usually wears size 30x32 pants and a medium shirt; the tux fit him perfectly, especially considering the price and the fact that he had never been fitted before. He'll need a belt, but only to give himself some extra room around the waist - Besides, he'd be wearing one anyway. My son has muscular legs from soccer, and the pants are definitely a slim fit down the leg, so they are a little tight, but as a "slim fit," this appears to be within range. He is able to walk and sit without difficulty. Overall, this is a fantastic purchase that gives a senior dance a nice formal look.
