The plaid on the Charcoal Plaid 41R Suit Jacket is barely visible because it is so dark

The charcoal plaid is a deep shade of gray. From four feet away, the fact that it's plaid is barely discernible; it appears to be solid charcoal. The happy news is that The quality is outstanding. Unlike cheaper brands and styles, blind stitching is used on the lapels. There is no fabric ripple on the lapels as a result of this. For all intents and purposes, this is a solid color of charcoal. I also purchased a tan version.
