There aren't enough praises I can give to the customer service. For a friend who'd never worn a suit before and who couldn't find anything to suit him, I bought this. A man of his height couldn't purchase from the rack because he is so tall. An extra pair of pants were part of the order for my custom-fitted suit. It was great to work with both of them (one in grey and one in black). As a result the first jacket and vest were a few inches too tight, so I remeasured and sent him a picture. It worked perfectly for the next one. He absolutely adored You provided excellent service, and I appreciate it very much.

Surprised in a good way
