Can this raincoat be sized up or down?

This is true in fact. My height and weight are 6'00" and 190 pounds, so the dress is a bit short for me. Despite its age, this jacket is still great

What is the material of this item? Does it seem really thin to you?

There is a lining inside and it feels like a sort of heavy rubber jacket. I have worn it for a few times and feel it would probably work in temperatures down to 40 or so degrees and I can easily wear it in even colder temperatures when layered.

It does not just say it is water resistant - is it really 100% waterproof? Is it going to keep me dry in case of ?

Water and grease are not a problem.

What is the fabric coating made of? Is there anything that will come off someday? HH jackets do that with other models as well. ?

The only way to tell is to have it for a while.

A good value for the price. The majority aren't. The construction of this one is perfect. There is no full cut on this dress. It is hard to move the heavy material. There is a snug fit in the cuffs. Over 6ft tall Largest size.
