That isn't the case. They are completely laced up. These boots are incredible. There is almost no downtime during this period. They are light as a feather. I would give it a 10/10.
There are boots that have been approved by the military. These are now being worn by everyone in my unit. My platoon sergeant, the commander, and I
They are true to size and will fit into any tennis shoe.

These made a good first impression on me - I loved how well the boots fit and how comfortable they were! My main criterion for choosing boots is that they don't hurt my feet or cause blisters, and these couldn't have been more perfect. However, I purchased them for military training purposes. These have only spent 20 DAYS in the field so far. Even if it was in the woods, that shouldn't excuse how worn and used these boots now appear. I expected these to last at least a few months, but they're already falling apart! I'm very disappointed, and I would have chosen a different brand if I had known the quality. My advice is to purchase these for garrison use rather than heavy use.
Obtaining a wide is usually sufficient. That is not the case with this boot. It's the right size. That isn't how it went for me. 10 to 10. My shoe or boot size is 5. Wide is usually needed, so that's what I went with. br>br>This boot is too tight for me. I almost need an 11 with this boot, but an 11 is too big. The most important feature is the narrowness of this boot. It isn't quite as big as it appears. I'm currently using a spray bottle to walk around the house in these boots, spraying them every hour or so. Hopefully, they'll stretch to fit and end up looking like moccasins on my feet. That's exactly what I did with moccasins, and it's where the idea came from. The next step is to make a 50/50 solution of alcohol and water and repeat the process. That, according to what I've heard, aids stretching. br>br>If it hadn't been for my achilles tendon on my right foot, I would have returned these. It took ten weeks for the doctor to agree to let me wear boots again. As a result, the box was thrown away, and I don't feel comfortable returning these items without it. They do, in fact, appear to be excellent. Lacing gets old for me, so I'd prefer a zipped side. But these had the best reviews, in my opinion.
These were purchased for my son, who is currently serving in the Army. He started out with a pair of Garmont Bifida t8s. The t8s are a heavier-duty boot that took a long time to break in. Straight out of the box, these NFS's are lighter and more comfortable. These are a half-size too small. Order a ten and a half size if you normally wear a ten. I know the t8s last a long time, but I'm not sure about the NFSs. What I do know is that these feel a lot like running shoes, according to my son. Only time will tell, but Garmont is a well-known brand in the boot industry, so I'm confident they'll last. I'll check in with you guys later to see how they're doing.
Boots that are extremely comfortable! br>I bought these to go with the OCP uniform I'm currently wearing.
Pros:
- Comfortable, Comfortable, Comfortable, Comfortable, Comfortable, Comfortable, Comfortable, Comfortable, Comfort
- They have a strong but light feel to them. However, keep in mind that I work at a desk, so take my words with a grain of salt. br>- Getting these babies on is a breeze thanks to the back grip loop.
- I have a wide, mostly flat foot, and the sizing is perfect for me; I ordered a size 8. 5W.
Cons:
- The only drawback is that when I wear them too tight, one of the lacing rivets digs into the top middle of my foot, which is a little uncomfortable. br>I just wear them a little looser and haven't had any problems, but if you like to wear your boots tight, it's something to keep in mind. br>5/5 I'd buy from them again!.
First and foremost, they are extremely comfortable (at least at first) and light. They also dry quickly, but unfortunately, that's where the good stuff ends. The build quality of these boots appears to be excellent at first glance, but they aren't quite as sturdy as they appear. The outsole is particularly vulnerable to wear and tear. Furthermore, the boot isn't good for my feet because it doesn't have any arch support, so my feet will hurt after a long day! Fortunately, the uppers appear to be of reasonable quality, but they are prone to discoloration when they become extremely dirty. I'm afraid I won't be able to recommend this boot to the majority of people.
These things make me feel like I walk faster. I sprayed them with something water repellent, and they didn't change color permanently, which was a plus. Yeah. I walk a lot, and these boots don't drain me of energy. As a result, they get two thumbs up from me!.
This bootmaker is a true expert in their field. This pair has been on my wish list for quite some time, and I finally got them. These boots are approved and perfect for military service, and they also make excellent work boots. I'm supposed to bring up the toe box, according to the instructions. There's just enough wiggle room in these. They're the perfect size for my wide foot. It has the appearance of being tailored to the wearer. They also provide adequate arch support; I have extremely high arches and typically require orthotics, but these are adequate. I stand for most of the day and wear them for 12 hours. My feet rarely hurt when I get home from work. These boots are extremely light and offer excellent traction on any surface. Garmont is a fantastic brand of footwear. This is the first time I've worn a pair like this. I bought six pairs of the shorter gortex boots. They were completely depleted by the time I was finished with them.
The standard issue boots are fine for basic walking and marching, but when you're on a ruck march with 50 pounds of gear on your 135-pound 18-year-old frame, they feel like lead weights on your feet. So I got these for him to take back with him, and I can vouch for how light they are. They didn't even come close to matching his sneakers in terms of weight. The bottom was light, but it appeared to be supportive and comfortable at the same time. br>br>I haven't heard back from him yet because we only talk on Sundays, but I'll try to remember to update this review after his first ruck march. He was ecstatic to get them, and they were a world apart from his usual issue boots. So far, I've been very impressed! br>br>One thing I'll mention is how they were packaged, which has nothing to do with the boot's performance but surprised me. It was just the box, unwrapped and labeled. To be honest, I was surprised they showed up at all.
