Questions & Answers

Is there any arch support in this shoe?

Yes, arch support is available on the Uneek.

Why do you want to pay an arm and a leg for them if they're made in another country and are just paracord?

Wearing something that wasn't made in China is a ridiculous response that demonstrates why this country has lost its quality products. It's acceptable to use CHINESE SLAVE labor to lower the price we pay at the cash register.

bm or dm?

Despite the previous incorrect answer, D is a medium width for men, and E, EE, or EEE is a wide width; a B width, which is extremely uncommon in men's footwear, is narrow.

Is it possible to swim in them?

Yes, I use them when I'm swimming. The footbed is padded with a soft suede-like material over rubber, so it does not dry immediately, but it dries completely after a day in the sun. After repeated water use, it shows no signs of deterioration. I also take them with me when I go on hikes.

For serious trail walkers, these sandals are a must
5/5

These sandals are perfect for summer. The main reason for this is that they don't appear to be sandals at all. I'm a father, and I think I'm getting close to the 'clip-on' stage of life. I'm in the midst of a sunglasses phase in my life, but I'm not ready to go quietly into the night. Sandals for dads (socks or not). There are numerous reasons why these are beneficial, but here are a few of them.
1. When the straps cross, there is no sweaty stripe across the foot. The entire upper is light and airy while still being durable.
2. When they walk after getting wet, they don't make any strange noises like a rubber chicken in a torture chamber.
3. They do, in fact, provide support for the feet. These sandals have a genuine feel to them, with arch support and stability that are uncommon in sandals.
4. ) All- Blister-free daytime wear br>br>The only drawback is that this father-in-law is a bit of a jerk. bod- The removal of a small stone that has found its way inside the confines of the sandal is not as simple as it is with more traditional sandals, according to one rockin reviewer. br>There's also a legend that if you wear these with socks on, your feet will turn into hooves until the next full moon rises.

When I tried them on, however, they were extremely comfortable
5/5

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw these sandals in the store. I'm in my early 50s, and I figured I'd missed the window by at least 25 years. When I tried them on, however, they were extremely comfortable. When I saw a good deal online, I decided to take a chance and buy a pair. They became my go-to source of information almost immediately. I have two pairs of sandals and am thinking about getting a third pair in a different color. I never believe reviews when they say this, but I've lost track of how many people have inquired about them. They usually say something like, "I've never seen anything like that. " It appears that they are at ease. On both counts, they are correct. The sandals are extremely comfortable and cool on your feet. It feels as if you are wearing mesh socks in terms of comfort. br>br>I wear a 12 because I have flat feet. I purchased a size 13 and they fit perfectly. There is some arch support, but not enough for me to feel uncomfortable wearing them. I wouldn't wear them hiking, but I wouldn't mind wearing them for a mile or two around the neighborhood with my wife or dog. I'm a huge fan of these.

I'm in heaven when it comes to ventilation - If you use orthotics, see this update
5/5

I'm a big fan of theirs. I adore a shoe that allows plenty of room for my toes to breathe. Having one that is so cool to look at only adds to the appeal. Even though I'm not a cool ambassador, they're still fantastic. br>br>Thoughts to Ponder: Order a half-size larger. They'll get a little longer. However, going up a half size is still fine. If you have orthotics, either try them on first or go up a full size. I decided to go with the first option. I have no qualms. 1 year follow-up br>br> For almost every event, I now wear them as my primary show. They still make me happy as much as they did when I first got them. Because of their high quality, I expect to enjoy them for at least a few more years. However, I'll almost certainly purchase a new pair before then. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> They remain one of my favorites. My orthotic requirements, however, necessitate a larger shoe. I just went up a size (9. ) in my previous purchase. 5) in order to make room for it. There is no separate, padded insole that can be removed to accommodate an orthotic insole without requiring size adjustments in this shoe. As a result, you'll need to consider going up a full size. In addition, the open heel of these shoes allows the orthotic to slip out. With some contact cement, I was able to solve the problem.

Sandal of the Year
5/5

Ever. My first pair came as a scavenge from a family member who didn't want them, and I initially mistook them for something else. They weren't particularly ladylike, but they were surprisingly comfortable and provided a bit more coverage than standard strap sandals without the rigidity of leather mesh sandals. They were on the verge of becoming a full-fledged band. Last summer, I wore them on a daily basis, and I paired them with brown/red/green shorts and shirts because they were brown and red themselves. So I went out and bought another in all black to match a wider range of color schemes - They've already become part of the regular rotation, despite the fact that it's still a bit chilly around here. If you get caught in the rain or walk through a puddle, they dry quickly. br>br>While they don't provide the same level of active support as Teva's strapped ankle sandals, and I'm concerned that rolling an ankle off a curb is a possibility, they're far more functional than any other flip flop or "water/street sock" I've tried. The pair I just bought is a size 10, but I'm sure they'll loosen up a little with wear - The first pair I got was a size ten. They're a size 5 and have a little more bottom surface/sole, which is nice, and they can always be cinched up a little. But, to be honest, I think I could get away with wearing number nine. If that was all that was available in another color that I was considering buying, I'd go with the 5s. br>br>Thumbs up, A, and I'll keep an eye out for which pair I should make next.

I'm glad I didn't get water shoes instead
5/5

Flexible and supportive at the same time. Exceptionally good. I was looking for water shoes, and the thicker soles drew me to these. My sore, busted feet and nearly-broken ankles seem to be well supported by the soles. Although it has flat arches, it is also very flexible and comfortable to walk through. I wanted something durable that I could use for playing near the water but also on mixed ground with rocks, pavement, sand, sticks, and other objects. They don't dry as quickly as water shoes, but that's to be expected given the paracord-like cord used in their construction (the sole doesn't absorb water and dries quickly). These are fantastic - thanks for sharing them. Definitely of higher quality than the $20-plus option. For this purpose, I had planned to purchase 30 water shoes. These are a great example of "you get what you pay for," and I'm sure I'll be a Keen customer again (this is my first pair).
