Although I haven't tried it in water, the material appears to be water resistant. It's a breeze to put on and take off.
The top section has a thin layer of fabric to prevent blisters on your toes. Exceptionally relaxing!
Although the soles are made of plastic, the uppers are made of leather and foam. If it gets wet, it could quickly wear out. In- The best use for them would be to live in a house.
I've read that they take a long time to dry because they're not water resistant, so I try to avoid getting mine wet. Nonetheless, I adore them.

Completely synthetic and low-cost material that develops a RANCID odor when worn barefoot or when wet (at the pool). I couldn't get rid of the odor no matter how much I washed. The smell will envelope you the moment you put your feet in them, making them unsuitable for public or private use. It was 15 feet away and you could smell it. That is the extent of the problem. I've tried boiling water, soap, detergent, citric cleaner, you name it, and the odor always comes back. BUYING CHEAP SANDALS IS NOT A GOOD IDEA.
SIZINGbr>OK, based on previous reviews, I was VERY CONFUSED about which size to buy. br>br>My husband is an eight-year-old boy who wears a size eight shoe. 5 and many reviews were split, with some recommending sizing up to a 9 and others recommending sizing down to an 8. So, after reading literally every single review, I decided to size down, and when they arrived, I was disappointed. br>br>I RECOMMEND SIZING UP IF YOU ARE A HALF SIZE. They barely fit, as you can see in the photo I've attached. Because these are a "slipper" style shoe that will be worn mostly around the house, a half-size larger would have been a better choice; my husband has to push his foot in as far and as tight as he can to keep his heel from sticking out the end. 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br FITbr>Another reason I almost passed on this purchase was because some reviewers complained about the front flopping or becoming stuck. He hasn't had anything like this happen to him. Initially, I assumed it was because we downsized, but that can't be the case because when I borrow them, they are always too big for me, and this never happens to me. 3. br>br>4. br>br>5. br>br>6. COMFORTbr>These are by far the most comfortable slides I've ever worn. I decided to switch my husband to Adidas after his current pair ripped because we are now an anti-drug family. I was walking on marshmallows when I got home from Nike (but that's another story) and couldn't believe the difference in comfort. Excuse the bad analogy, but the only way I can think of to describe it is like walking on marshmallows. In a literal sense. They even have a ball in the middle of the shoe for your foot arch, which adds to the comfort in an unusual way. 4. br>br> STYLEbr>I thought the black on black was a little cheesy, but I knew my husband preferred solid, basic colors. (These were a Christmas present) So I went ahead and did it, and was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. They appear to be far more refined and high-quality than they do on a computer screen. If my husband needs to run errands quickly, he throws on a pair of black socks and gets away with it. 5. br>br> OVERALLbr>If you're buying these for just one person in the house, you'll have to keep an eye on them. My kids and I always go straight for his slides whenever we need to run outside, and he has to constantly remind us to "please take off his slides" lol. For my birthday, I've requested a pair, and both of my children have requested a pair. My son's exact words were, "How come my slides are all hard, but dads are so soft?" (Which I checked and confirmed they do come in women's and children's sizes. ) I'd like to have some that are similar to my fathers. "br>br>Believe me when I say that you will not be disappointed with your purchase!.
First and foremost, disregard all of the negative reviews claiming that it is too big and other such nonsense. They're slides, not socks, so I ordered a half size up and they just fit! Im a 10. 5 ordered 11 and they are perfect; also, it appears to be made of plastic in the photos, but don't be fooled; the base is made of marshmallows! Marshmallows are a favorite of many people. Although the upper lip is made of soft rubber rather than hard plastic, I can see how excessive use without a sock could irritate, but these are slides, after all! They aren't meant to be worn all the time. If you do decide to wear it all the time, here are some tips. Socks are required. I'm sure I'll be able to do it! So the lip is matte, and it's a low-profile slide that doesn't scream a brand and doesn't appear cheap. I've never owned a pair of slides that are as comfortable as these. BUY IT!.
My husband wears a size ten. I ordered a size 10 because the size 5 was too small, as you can see in the photo. Aside from that, it's extremely soft, and the arch support is excellent. He claims to be able to wear it all day.
They aren't memory foam like underarmor slides, which is a good thing because they wear out and become uncomfortable over time. They have a rubbery or mattress-like feel to them. They're difficult to describe, but believe me when I say they're extremely relaxing. It has a very simple design that goes with almost anything. It's also very quick and simple to slide on some of the other slides. And the hold is just right; it won't feel like it's going to fall off, or like it's going to choke your foot; it's just right. br>br>Overall, this was by far the most comfortable pair of slides I've ever worn. The nike Solarsoft is probably the only other slide that even comes close. They're not as soft or as easy to slide on as the others, but they're a little less expensive. They also come in a variety of colorways. These, on the other hand, are for those who want comfort and something they can slip on and go. I promise they'll be the most comfortable slides you've ever worn. br>br>And if you found this useful in any way, please click the helpful button for me. Good luck with your day!.
It appears that these are knockoffs. In comparison to the ones I bought from an adidas store, they're quite small. It appears that they are made of a less expensive material. If they were a car, they'd be shoddy in terms of fit and finish. They're doing their job right now, but I'm afraid they'll fall apart if I use them for more than a few hours at a time.
The top flap, on the other hand, is causing blisters on my hands. I would have given these 5 stars if I had tried them on yesterday. Coming from my Underarmor experience, I was sceptical. I used to love foam type slides and have gone through three pairs in the last six years. I wanted to try something new, and these were much more comfortable than I had anticipated. The sole is made of a nice soft foamy material with plenty of cushioning. I like the red and white combination as well. Looks blue. br>br>However, after walking around the neighborhood in them today, I'm not so sure. Both of my feet have blisters on the tops of them, as well as both of my pinky toes. The problem is the flap that goes over your foot; it appears to be stiffer than my Underarmors and rubs my foot as I walk. I suppose it could be a case of 'user error,' but I'm not sure how. br>br>I'm still going to try breaking them in with socks for a week or two and see how they go. br>br>I just wanted to point out that my size (mens 10) was spot on. Based on the reviews, I assume the children's sizes are off, but the men's sizes are correct.
