These boots do not make my feet cold or sweaty. I work as a driver for a refrigerated truck. They do a good job of protecting my feet.

Cat work boots are my go-to footwear. For comfort, wear FR clothing. safety. Keep them as clean as possible, and add Kiwi Neutral paste to boots, as Uncle Sam taught us to do with our leathers, to extend their life. More than 35 years in the U. S. Law enforcement, light construction, and woodworking are all things that the United States Army does. I work as a welder.
My husband, who works as a truck driver and makes door-to-door deliveries for two large fast food chains, initially fell in love with these shoes. However, he kept asking me to get him some new arches because he thought the old one was failing. When, in fact, the shoe's bottom was thinning and the heel was deteriorating. In most cases, the company provides them with a Red Wings shoe voucher. However, he was advised to try Caterpillar because they were superior. Well, considering how much we paid for these shoes and how quickly they broke down, I'm not convinced. These have only been in my possession since January. That was not at all what I was expecting.
These boots are fantastic. It's a bummer that there are negative reviews about their durability; I almost didn't buy them because of it. br>br> I just got them, so I can't comment on their durability, but they're really nice boots that fit perfectly. They're extremely comfortable, and as long as they get me through the fall and winter, I'll be happy. br>Update* I've been wearing these boots to work every day for nearly four months, and they've held up admirably. I still adore them as much as I did when I first purchased them.
Steel toe boots are required for work by my husband, who has a size 15 foot. We looked for a good pair and decided to give these a try. He really liked them. He thought he'd found the perfect pair of boots until they fell apart just over two months later. We bought these on August 13, 2018, and today, October 21, 2018, we discovered that the bottom of the right boot has been literally cut in half, not far from where the steel toe ends.
They've only been together since April, and they're already falling apart! For the price, the quality is poor.
After one month on the road, they appear to be in good condition, are extremely comfortable, and fit as expected. These boots have nothing but good things to say about them.
I like how these boots look (style and color), as well as how sturdy they are and how double stitched they are. I like them with regular socks, but there's enough room for thicker socks if I need them. When I'm in my office and want the tops to be loose, I can tie the lace just above the lace eyes, or I can quickly engage the top four hooks if I want to lace them all the way up for snow or rain. The tongue is sealed to the shoe up to the top lace eye to keep water out, which is nice, and they meet ASTM F2413-05 standards. 17 (which is imprinted on the inside of the tongue), which is more than I need for my job.
His old boots had a long and painful death. When I told him about this pair, he was ecstatic because it had a steel toe and was waterproof. He normally wears a 13 narrow, but the medium width was superior to the others he'd tried. Yes, they are suitable for the purpose and have proven to be durable.
