As I have a small head, my face is small. The head is almost the size of a toddler. The fact that I'm somewhat petite means it's not too big of a deal When I am trying to buy a hat, it is a hardship. The ones I ordered were not small enough, although I had ordered them thinking they would be. They went to my family who likes to be outside. The hat is one of a number of boonies and bucket hats I have. The best hat I have ever owned. I was surprised to find that the ventilation worked well. Despite its softness, it is strong. I am about 7 3/4 tall, and this fits me just fine. The Brim is not too stiff, it does flop a bit, but it's otherwise a good skate.

This is a floppy creature that does not breathe I've taken two stars off because it is a lot floppier than I had expected (even the slightest breeze blows the flaps all around) and it doesn't breathe as well as I had Wearing it made it pretty hot on the head

This hat is light, but it gets hot when you're active. It keeps you warm, though. As a result, I plan to wear it on hikes and think that I will have a breeze, however it is not breathable.
