There is a ring that can be adjusted. There is a black drawstring on the back of this Sun Hat so you can adjust it to fit your head perfectly. The Sun Hat is not a big adjustment, so you do have to make sure you pick the right size however, if it gets windy, you have the option of pulling it tighter.

This is a nice hat in appearance and feel, but there is a very big problem - it is too small. I feel like it cuts into my head because it is too small. Hats that are too small do not normally bother me. Although I can purchase them off the rack and they fit perfectly, my wife said, "it's a little tight, isn't it?" If it were not for her wife, I would have never cleaned it. Since the tight fit caused my forehead to sag, she noticed the mashed down skin on my forehead. There was even too much space between the top and The hat is too small, why don't there appear to be more reviews like this one? It looks like I also have to pay to ship it back, which is frustrating.
I am glad I bought it. I'm playing golf so I need a hat to protect my face from the sun. Having a wide brim keeps the sun off my face, while the vents at the top keep the heat out and my head ventilated. With four different colors to choose from, I now have four of these hats for my Arizona summer golfers, and they keep me.

My son bought this for me. There is nothing he would rather do. You can wear it on the golf course or at the pool and remain comfortable. It fits well and is light enough to wear when you are out at the pool.
