We bought this for a summer overnight It is a favorite swimsuit of the child. A size 12 was purchased by a 11-year-old who is 5'2". The shorts were a little shorter than I expected, but it looks good the fit was snug but not tight. The sleeves dropped just right at the wrist. There are no bare butt cheeks & top cheeks are tucked in The wedgie situation did not arise The material is soft and stretchy. Colors are vibrant, and the scrunchie is a nice touch as well. I was a bit worried about the cost, but the suit is of strong quality, so I am not upset. The product was just what I was looking for.

A lot of teens are extremely self-conscious about their bodies and hate to be seen in swimwear that is too short. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the shirt is merely a chafe guard shirt. There is nothing under the shirt or in It is possible to see exposed skin if a shirt rides up when jumping in a pool or when riding a wave. We stole a top from one of my daughter's sports bras (without foam pads) since she didn't have a bikini to take the top off of. I tried it and it appeared to work fine.

This suit is very popular with my daughter. She can protect herself from the sun with it and it looks great on her. As of now, I cannot comment on durability, but I did wash it and she wore it four times in the pool, and it still looks good. A quick update It was a lovely scrunchie that was lost in the ocean, but she adored it. Despite all the other options available to her, she continues to select this suit. In addition to playing in the sand and swimming in the ocean for a week and so many times to the pool, she used it for a week. Although it is slightly faded and picked, the wear and tear is perfectly normal for someone who wears it often.

It is better for my daughter to have covered skin since it is sensitive. It is difficult for her to wear shorts because they ride up and catch Despite not minding it, she does not like the way it looks. There's no way to get her shorts to stay up. While the top is a little loose, the legs are a little tight. There is too much length in the sleeves. While the neck fits loose, the torso part of the overall outfit seems to be fine. This all seems to bother her, but it looks really off. In addition to being covered, she wants to feel safe.

I was impressed to find a rash guard that was not too girly, yet still stylish. Shorts were way too short for my 3 year old so I ordered Cooli shorts that go to the knee to wear on her (even though they are still short on her). ONE month after first using them, they developed a gross white film and my daughter is embarrassed to wear them I waste money (.

While the swimsuit does not fit my daughter tightly compared to other swimwear we have bought in her size, it still protects from the sun well and she loves wearing.

In spite of being 4'10" and 75 lbs, my daughter was able to wear the 10/12. In Colorado, you can enjoy the sun while having fun on an ice cream cart or on a riverboat. As her taste in fashion is not overly girly, it might be difficult to find outfits that don't include pink or flowers. I have another issue that involves some senses, so I am sensitive to comfort. The extra was ordered so we will always be able to have a clean/dry one of these available.
