The sizing is superior to Target brands, and the product quality is far superior to anything I've ever seen in a Target store. This is the kind of quality I'd expect from a specialty children's store. My daughter wears a size 4 carters suit that was handed down to her from her grandmother. I bring this up because I'm not sure if their sizing has changed over time, but I ordered her a size 5 in this line and it fits her perfectly. I hope this has been of assistance:
The fabric is luxurious and thick. Exceptional quality. It's not as smooth as the other suit materials, but it'll do the job. It isn't scratchy in any way. It's a little rough around the edges- Seersucker is a type of fabric that is commonly used in the fashion industry.
There isn't a zipper on it at all. Slips past the ears.

It now appears to be so old that it is no longer cute. It was bright pink, just like the headband, just two days ago, as you can see from the photo: (If I had a choice, I'd give it zero stars. ) We were extremely dissatisfied with the value for the money we paid.
Darling! As expected, it's a bit on the small side. My 13-month-old daughter, who weighed 21 pounds, required the 18-pound bag. 24 size.
They're cute, and the long sleeves have kept my daughter from getting sunburned on numerous occasions. We choose a size based on her usual shirt size. We bought a size 6 swimsuit for her because she is 5 but mostly wears size 6 shirts (although she can still fit into some 5s). Sand from the Gulf Coast collects in the bottoms, but it washes out. Our previous one faded over time, but it was heavily used in the pool and at the beach for two summers, and it was washed and dried several times. We were so pleased with the performance that we purchased two different colors this year, as well as some for our niece. Apply sunscreen to their waistline in case it pulls up while they're playing in the sand, as well as the tops of their hands.
As an example: She weighs about 30 pounds and stands 35 inches tall, and she mostly wears Carter's 3T sizes. Burts Bees pajamas in size 4T are on her. She could still fit into 24mos and 2T pants, but some of the leg and sleeve lengths are a little short. Anyway, I got the 4T thinking it would be a little big on her but not too big because she wears a 3T easily, but it's actually a lot bigger than I expected. I should have gotten a 3T for her. br>However, I'm glad I got the 4T because they're expensive, and I'm hoping she'll be able to wear it for a longer period of time. The sleeve cuff stayed in place after I rolled it up. To be honest, the fact that it's large is almost preferable because we all know how difficult it is to remove a wet bathing suit from a toddler! The most crucial factor is sun protection - As a result, I would recommend this to anyone who is concerned about the safety of their child.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality and material of the swimsuit! Because the photos looked great and the style is really cute, I decided to spend a little more money and buy two sets of these swimsuits for my daughters. When I first put them on, they looked fantastic. They, on the other hand, didn't even make it through two weeks of outdoor swimming. Not only had the color begun to fade, but it had also begun to fade in intensity. The material had become extremely saggy and loose, almost to the point of being sheer! My children could no longer wear them because the arms and torso had grown too long. That's a lot of protection from the sun! I'd never had such a bad swimsuit experience before, so I felt compelled to write this review. If you're going to have your kids wear them outside for swimming, make sure they're waterproof. Don't waste your time. This swimsuit isn't going to last long and is a complete waste of money. I had to go to Target to get replacement swimsuits, which were of much higher quality!.
Instead of posting a review, I wanted to contact the seller, but I couldn't find that option. I like this brand and it's worked for me in the past, but this time it faded horribly in a short period of time, which I wouldn't mind if it weren't for the fact that it's an expensive swimsuit for a toddler. I'm disappointed because it's otherwise very cute.
We swim almost every day, and it hasn't shrunk in the washing machine yet. Because I only wash it in the machine and hang it to dry, this could be a factor. Because you never know how quickly a baby will grow, we're hoping to get several months of use out of this suit. When my daughter was 18 months old, we ordered the 2T size based on the size chart, which fits weights ranging from 24 to 48 pounds. 29lbs. She's now 20 months old, and it's still a perfect fit! We have no trouble getting it off her when it's wet, which is a problem with some other suits; the arms aren't too long, and the bottoms aren't too tight around her waist or legs. It's also an adorably adorable design. When we go to pool parties and other events, we get a lot of compliments on her suit, so we'll be ordering another Ruffle Butts suit when she outgrows this one!.
It "stretches" to stay close to the skin, providing 50 SPF sun protection while remaining lightweight and easy to remove. Even when splashing and running around in a splash pad or at a water table, the top is long enough to cover the stomach completely. It was just a swim. The bottoms also rise a little higher, providing complete sun coverage. My daughter was so excited to get her suit in the mail that she wanted to put it on over her jammies right away! The back of the bottom piece is wide enough fabric so your little one isn't pulling at their suit or showing off their little bums!.
