Over the past year, the shoe's quality has deteriorated. This is my third pair of memo shoes in the last three years, and while the quality was fine before, the Velcro stitching on the last pair came undone after three days of use, separating the strap from the shoe. Because this is a costly shoe, I ordered a replacement on Amazon. The seller initially indicated that the shoe was on its way, but then abruptly cancelled the replacement. I then requested a return and placed an order for a replacement pair. The refund was not given even after the shoe had been returned for two weeks. When I filed an Amazon claim, the seller issued a 50% refund and claimed the shoe was used and completely failed to admit the Velcro coming off the shoe and completely failed They even included photos as evidence from angles that clearly obscured the defect, allowing Amazon to dismiss my claim. Sorry to say, but this is a major ethical issue for me, and I will not be purchasing anything from this seller in the future. Be wary of buyers!.
While my son still walks flat-footed without them, I feel good knowing that when he wears them, it's the best we can do for his hips, feet, and ankles. I've been buying these for years because two of my children adore them. The only reason they don't get five stars is that, while I appreciate the leather, it doesn't always last as long as I'd like for the price, but their customer service has always been excellent.
I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I'm overjoyed to have discovered this company for shoes/boots for my daughter, who has undergone multiple orthopedic surgeries and finds it difficult to find shoes that fit her. These are adorable, fashionable, well-made, and they perfectly fit and support her foot! It's been extremely difficult for her to find shoes that fit her wide, thick feet. I'm thrilled to have found a shoe company that recognizes the need for a more supportive orthopedic option. Thank you so much for your excellent craftsmanship and for recognizing the need for kids and adults who want something different from the norm!.
In less than a month, the strap snapped. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE! My six-year-old son bought the shoes to keep his feet from arching while walking. A total flop! In less than a month, the shoe strap (poorly stitched) came apart. The shoes were uncomfortable and made of cheap materials, and the positive reviews were dubious at best. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
They were made of nice leather, but they let my son's ankle move around quite freely. We had hoped for something more rigid, such as an ankle brace.
The shoes are of excellent quality. Don't believe the critics who say these are bad shoes. We've ordered from you before and have always been pleased.
These shoes are fantastic for my son's flat arches because they provide excellent support. Due to the velcro, he can easily put them on and take them off. They're also quite appealing, and the price is reasonable considering the high quality. Thank you very much!.
They DO need some sort of arch support or orthotic, so make sure you get the cheapest one memo has to offer. This is our favorite pair, and the sandal version is perfect for summer!.
