The M, I believe, refers to the width, so this will fit a toddler or small child who wears a US size 10 or smaller. This is for my daughter, who is 4 or 5 years old.

So I bought these for my 15-month-old daughter, who wears a size 5 but is getting close to a size 6. I got these in, and they're quite large. I gave them five stars because they are still well-made and will fit her perfectly when she is in a size six. I remember having to size down for my son when he was younger, but she is growing so quickly that I didn't want to do that for her. So, if your child is on the fence about which size to order and is still in a smaller size, I would suggest starting with the smaller size.
So cute! The pink is darker than baby pink but not as dark as bubble gum pink, making it the ideal darker pink shade. They were slightly larger, but not excessively so, as is typical of Toms. The velcro strap has a lot of adjustability, so you can tighten it up if it's too loose. My daughter seems to enjoy them because they are very light weight.
These shoes are extremely popular among my daughter's peers. She is able to undo the Velcro, but she is unable to remove the shoe. Because of the metal piece where the strap folds over, the straps stay in place even when the velcro is undone. The front of the shoe wears out faster than the rest, which is to be expected when dealing with a toddler.

TOMS is one of my favorite brands. They are extremely popular among my daughter's friends. They're the best first shoes for any baby because they're soft, comfortable, and supportive.
I also purchased a second pair.
Because these shoes will be given as a gift in a few months, I won't be able to comment on their fit. They appear to be well-made and sturdy, with no visible flaws, and the shoes and packaging arrived undamaged. I ordered bubblegum pink for my granddaughter because pink is her favorite color, and the color matches those shown. Shoes that are adorable; They'll undoubtedly appeal to her.
These are the most adorable little shoes you'll ever come across. They meet all of the daycare requirements while remaining adorable. We're excited to get our hands on some more colors.
