It's fine for Georgia weather, but I'd invest in a better coat if I lived somewhere where the temperature was consistently below 40 degrees.
It is an 8-year-old youth medium. My 9-year-old found it to be a good fit.

We contacted the company twice about our dissatisfaction with the product's longevity, as well as our desire to purchase another Under Armour coat for our ten-year-old. They did not respond to our emails. We decided to buy this coat in the end. It was nearly identical in terms of color. Our daughter's favorite, and we hoped for at least equal (if not better) quality. This coat does not have a lining. none. It is a very thin piece of material that is wrapped around the body of your child. Temperatures can drop to dangerously low levels in Michigan's lake country. I already send her in layers, but I've had to use the shell from her old Columbia, which is two sizes too small, until I can afford to buy an additional fleece zip up or something for her to wear underneath until I can afford to buy an additional fleece zip up or something for her to wear underneath. According to what I was told, this is their "new style. " I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THESE PERSONS AGAIN. Thank you, Under Armour, for once again overcharging me and disappointing my family, particularly my daughter.
Note: The word "baby" appears in the item description after I added it to my cart (as well as in my order history). We ordered a Youth Medium, which fits like an 8 year old. This coat is absolutely stunning! br>br> It's well-made and long-lasting, just like all Under Armour clothing. The zipper is simple to use (a must for young children), and it fits my tall frame perfectly. Perfectly proportioned 7-year-old with plenty of room for development. This coat can be worn over bulkier sweatshirts without having to worry about the sleeves being too tight.
This jacket was purchased for my daughter, who is 21 months old. I ordered a size 2T, which is perfect for her. Her weight is approximately 29 pounds. The jacket appears to be warm enough to wear in the fall and early winter months. The only problem is that when she squats down, the jacket rises because it isn't long enough, exposing her lower back, which could be a problem in colder weather. Aside from that, everything is fine.
I was unsure about the sizing, so I ordered the youth small, which fits like a size 6. The average age of children is seven. It's also nice and thick for the colder months! I really like it!.
It's cozy, and it's a perfect fit. The sleeves, however, have little white spots all over them where the filling pokes through, and this is a flaw. It appears to be old and pilled, and I've spent a significant amount of time cutting the pieces apart and cleaning it up. The left arm is the most commonly affected. I contacted under aurmour directly about it because it began occurring after the return window had closed. They are refusing to stand behind their product because I purchased it from Amazon rather than from them directly. Very let down.
It's warm and inviting. It's a tad big, but it'll grow with her! YL is a good fit for my 10-year-old daughter.
This coat is on the smaller side. My daughter is a typical 3 year old, so I bought her a size 5 because it was on sale and she already had a winter coat, thinking she'd be able to wear it next winter. No, it doesn't work for her at the moment. As a result, go big. It's a beautiful coat. It appeals to her.
My daughter enjoys wearing it, and she is very particular about what she wears. It features a hoodie and side pockets. I have a feeling this jacket will be passed down through our family for a long time.
