I really like this belt. It's really hard for me to get my two year old to lose weight. Since he's so skinny, all of his pants fall off of him. He's tall enough to wear 2T pants but There was a problem with that belt but it has been solved.
The news makes me beyond elated.
He's 20 months old and while the 12 months still fit at the waist (though some are still loose in the waist) they're rapidly going out of style. November and December are not good months in MD. As he was walking into daycare one day, I did not have time to put on a new pair of pants for him because his 18 months FELL OFF. I don't think this is a great look. It's a good thing I packed an extra 12 in case this happens. Having these pants allows him to wear his 18 MOs. As I have the belt at the tightest setting, they are still loose, but at least they don't.
I would never want to spend my money on anything else. I ordered these for my tall and slender son, who wears a 4t length but a 2t waist around his waist. All of his pants need to be adjusted with drawstrings or belts. This belt enables him to go potty on his own without having to depend on someone to unbuckle the belt in order to do so.
As my daughter is about to turn 3, her lenght suits a 4 but her waist still fits a 3. She has long legs so her length fits her waist but her length suits a 4. I have it tight around her waist for her jeans and it keeps them up because it fits around her waist as tight as it can. The fact that the button is not covered makes it easier for her to potty train. Because she can do all of this on her own, and because of how independent she is, the less she and I fight, the better she likes it. As a general rule, if it seems the jeans are too bunched and that the belt is touching your skin, loosen the belt a little. To keep the straps in place, they must be snug enough so that they do not fall off. The soft skin of the hip area will not be irritated by a belt (any belt would irritate the skin if too tight for the jeans they are attempting to hold up).
It works for my 5 year old who is tall and lean. The length of his pants is too short if I buy pants that fit his waist. And the waist of his pants is way too big if I buy something that fits the length. In kindergarten he may not know how to buckle or unbuckle his belt when he has to use the bathroom because of this, and I no longer have to worry about that. My only regret is that I didn't know about this sooner!.
What a great My four-year-old loves the fact that he can go to the restroom on his own without assistance and that he won't have to pull up his pants as often. A brief history of his past As well as K teachers, it is a hit. There was only one problem, the metal bar along the belt itself that was used to tighten or loosen the belt was too large to fit through the belt loop of his pants (Levis). With a little force and time, I was able to get it done. Even so, the inconvenience is only a minor one when he loves his new belt so much. I would still purchase it.
Originally bought for my toddler, I got one for myself because I don't like my belt buckle showing through my shirt. Got this one for myself because my belt buckle shows through my shirt. It is true that he is tall, but he is slender as well. This is the ideal pair of pants and is more useful than the little adjusters in the pants for holding his pants up. Besides, the belt is buckle-free, so he still has the convenience of being able to undo his pants! This is a highly recommended book.
