I wouldn't call it a teen belt in the slightest. There is a 12 year old in the 20th percentile and it will not fit around the waist of this girl!.

These belts made my daughter very happy when she saw them. A sturdy synthetic material is used in their construction. It is especially lovely to see one with a rainbow. Despite the sizing issues, it is okay. It fit me well (fits 21-23 24 inch waist) She uses the belt on the first notch of her jeans. She uses the second one to tie a dress around her waist.

These belts seem to be good quality for the price. Bought them for my 8 year old son. As she grows up she will probably grow into a medium, but she has still got about 2 belt holes to fill before she will be able to wear a large.
