The velcro strap does not come with size 1. The strap is available in sizes 13 and 14. For a 7 year old to be wearing a velcro baby strap is really embarrassing. I hate it!

The little kid size is the same as the one-ton size, and the big kid is about the same size as the adult size
It does not come with velcro straps on the Youth Kids sizes 5 and 6.

This was purchased for a boy who literally shredded shoes in less than a year This is the third month. I am quite satisfied with how these are holding up. It was at his toes that he had ruined everything. Although the shoe has a wide toe and thick sole, this has a very thick reinforced toe. As a result, there are some wear marks on the toe, but nothing as bad as other brands he has.
We are in the midst of a very wet, rainy season here as it is wintertime. The other model from keen is more bulky I bought this for my 6 year old due to the rainy weather. This is lightweight compared to the other model from keen. I like the rugged look of these shoes. I like how solid the shoes seem, and how the bottoms have good grip. During recess or PE, traction makes it easy to run in puddles, muddy spots, and on slippery snow grounds. As compared to the sneakers she wears regularly, the shoes are stylish and seem to hold up well. I bought the size 12 for her. She is a size little kids 12 and I bought the size 12 for her. She has seemed happy with the fit and comfort. In the toebox, there is a little more than a half-thumb of space. I love these shoes because they have a good toebox guard. My daughter's feet have stayed dry even with all the rain so far. It will be nice to see them make a smoother look in the future, rather than a bigger and more rugged look.
