I think this is a really good According to the sizing chart, it looks accurate and does fit true to size. But I would definitely size up for a 24 month old, especially if it is to be worn I would give it a 3.

For children who enjoy playing outside in the snow or cold weather, this item will be perfect for them. We received ours early, which was great!
