The rest were too complicated for my five year old. Having tried two other styles of bibs, these were by far the easiest to put on and take off. The other two were too difficult for my 5 year old to do on her own. As my son is in full-day kindergarten, he requires the ability to dress himself and undress himself. These bibs are very easy for him to put on and take off on his own. Compared with his old shorts, these are softer, so they provide more flexibility for playtime. I particularly like the reinforced knees for boys who love to slide and torment friends.
She thinks it's pretty cool that it has pockets (girls' bibs often do not have pockets). The length is perfect for her, although it is a little long.
