It is not his previous coat, but it is a bigger size in this new As well as the coat, I bought the matching snow pants as well. You have completely misrepresented your size chart, not only is the sizing wrong but so is the size chart. As a result, I have to go back to the store, order another coat, and wait for it to arrive. My choice of London Fog is based on my recognition of the brand and the quality I thought it would offer, but I guess things have changed for you.
There are 2 inches in the snow pants I ordered, but I ordered a 7 and it's too short The coat was 3 inches too short and the sleeves were 1 inch too long It looks like I ordered a size or two too small. I would recommend going up a size.
For the past three years, I have been buying my grandson a London Fog snowsuit every year. The one I bought him for Christmas this year comes with an overall. You can wear pants styled in this way. The boy was born a little thin and a bit tall for his age and will turn four in two months. This is between a 4T and a 5. I bought a size 4. is the perfect fit for him. There would not have been enough room for the 4T, and there would have been too much room for the 5T. Despite being roomy in the jacket, the pants tend to run short in the crotch as other reviewers have pointed out. As it was, the pants came with the straps on the loosest setting and fit him just right, which is fine, but there is no room for growth. The winter should be over before he has a growth spurt! Its plus point is that he likes it and so does his mother. Warm and well made, it is a nice gift. He still looks as new as ever in his other snowsuits even though they had been repeatedly washed. In addition to serving as an everyday winter coat, the jackets also doubled as his hat. It is for that reason that I went back to London Fog.
In relation to the price, London Fog should be able to provide much more. The snowpants are neat, we have no complaints about them. There is a thick coat on the pet, and This jacket is well-insulated, but the zipper has broken twice, the seams have come loose, the L. L. Bean logo has torn & the jacket is very thin. There's a backing behind the zipper that keeps catching in the zipper itself, and I had to hand sew it back to keep it from getting caught, causing the zipper to break as well. The cost of maintaining such an expensive coat was too great to devote all my time to repair sewing. I have a young grandson, only 2 years old, and I can't wait to see him grow up. If he causes such wear and tear by yanking on his coat, zipping it up entirely on his own, ect, then he is not capable of doing so. I tear up. There's nothing wrong with the coat except that it's just bad mention, one wash barely made a difference. This is very disappointing to me. Though I would return the snowpants, since we have used them so much previously, it would not.
The pants are slightly larger than normal, but he can already wear them. Maybe he can wear it next winter as well. I like the material because it is warm and comfortable. My overall impression of Zips is positive. It appears to be sturdy.
Excellent piece of clothing, fits well, and kept my kid very warm and protected from the wind and snow. I really like the London fog in this.
Purchasing this for my grandson for his ski trip in Park City is the best gift I can give him. He had thermal underwear on as well because it was in the low 30's. In spite of the cold weather, he remained warm in his snow suit. After trying it on, it seemed to be the right size. At first, it was a bit big, but as it wore on, it became more comfortable The London Fog was perfect, they have been around for a long time and have Keeping their quality up has been a priority for them.
The set was nice, but it did not seem as thick as I anticipated. These two items are both in the same style. Due to the fact that my son has outgrown his London Fog coat, I decided to go with the same brand. However, he is disappointed in the fact that it isn't as thick as the old coat. Right now, he fits into the snow pants just right, and he is just four years old. The size 5/6 I ordered is too big for me. Although he is not excessively tall for a boy his age, he is not very short. My son is just average-sized, so I may have to buy a new one next winter, depending on how quickly he grows. It is not very comfortable to wear the pants with the elastic under the legs. Perhaps it's only me, but in that coat, my son looks like a girl. I agreed with my daughter, but then she said the same thing.
