Very thick and soft! I didn't have high expectations when I ordered this jacket for my three-year-old; all I wanted was something a little more substantial than his windbreaker

OMG, what a gorgeous jacket! It still looks great after being washed and hung to dry after about 5 minutes in the dryer. The fabric is incredibly soft and much thicker than I had anticipated. It's possible that he's wearing a thicker winter coat. (We are from the south. ) ) The hood is quite thick, as it is made up of two pieces of thick material sewn together, so it is a little heavy but not overly so. Overall, this jacket is a bargain at the price. The size was a smidgeon too big for me (I bought the 2-pack). My son is only three years old, but he can wear it with ease and it appears that he will get a lot of use out of it. I'm going to get another one for my one-year-old.

The material is thick, and the hat is stylish

For a car jacket, it's absolutely fantastic. I experimented with ponchos, thin fleece, and blankets. None of them can match this one's warmth. It has made us very happy.
