Basically, we have an old iPhone 6S Plus that was acting strangely with the rear camera, like many phones do. You could hear the sound of the camera rattling when operating the camera and the picture was wavy or shaky. Considering that the phone is an old one, if the camera repair didn't work, I would only be out To learn how to do this, I searched the web for a video Because the video was only 3 minutes long, I knew it couldn't have been too difficult to achieve. You need to be careful with those tiny screws since the 2 screw drivers are not magnetic, as others have pointed out. To pick up and place the screws back in after all was done, all I had to do was scratch the drivers' tips against a magnetic surface to create a short magnetic charge. This is a hodgepodge I put together There are a bunch of other tools you need to open the case, plus a random hair-cut You can pry the screen off with a suction cup. All in all, it is pretty straightforward to replace it As a result, I had to use bifocals and a headlamp to ensure I could see. At the end, Humpty Dumpty mounted back together and the camera began to work. Pictures and video are crystal clear, and the phone works as it should now. As you pry the screen off, you will probably tear some of the glue/weather seal between the cover and the case. When you replace the screen, however, they fit We don't have to worry about stopping the phone from getting damaged. We take good care of our smartphones, and they're in a case, so we don't really have to worry about them getting wet. This product is on point and the price is good!.
Because of the poor tools, I took off 1 star. However, it is overall a good sign. It was fairly simple to assemble. I followed the instructions on youtube (one video had three screws, my kit had 2, and another video only showed two It was almost as if their tools were toys chinky and small They may or may not work for you. The tools I already had from other repairs were better. It helps to have a magnetic tray for all of these installations. It takes about nine tiny screws to remove and reinstall the brakes. An excellent tool can make a big difference. The system appears to work fine. While I am not certain if the image is as sharp as the original one, I will update if I notice a considerable Normally, I would recheck the original camera before purchasing a new one, but I didn't. As I took the top cover off, the original camera was dangling. It was almost falling out. I snapped it back into place after locking it into place. Due to this, the program may have had focusing issues, but I just wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible. Perhaps one day when I have free time, I will attempt to reinstall the original and see if that is the issue. It remained stuck to the camera mounting area despite the absence of adhesive on the new camera.
We encountered a problem with this model of iPhone where after a while the rear camera starts to become spastic and needs replacing after a while. After watching some videos on YouTube, we decided to try buying a replacement to see if it would help, and it did! This screwdriver came with two I bought this item to make the repair. It was an easy fix, and it was just what.
The program did not work. As a mechanic, I do repairs all the time, and this piece of garbage was DOA.
Despite my concerns that this would be complicated to install, I found it relatively easy. used to work in the computer industry long ago, and now I am a tradesman. My hands are always in the dirt taking stuff apart and putting it back together. As a result, I fix things a lot. Basically, it's a really small computer with incredibly small components, so you have to be very The size of a watch is not quite as tiny as an iPod. There are videos on YouTube demonstrating how the process works. It would be a great experience to do I found the process to be straightforward. I spent about 20 minutes on it. Tools are part of the product. This was all successful. If the screen has to be removed, it would be nice if a suction cup and pry tool came with it. A old suction cup and pry tool I had from the screen replacement on an iPhone 5 came in handy. If the camera is not put in using the suction cup and pry tool, the screen is nearly impossible to remove. It is also possible to purchase them separately. Without the suction cup and the pry tool, I wouldn't be able to attempt it. My screen would probably crack from frustration and I would end up smashing it. That's all I have to say. The questions I don't answer are not directed at me. Having said all that I can, I must go.
Thank you, Amazon Prime! I received the item quickly after ordering, and all of the tools work as needed. After carefully replacing the rear camera with the new one, I was able to properly fix my smartphone. I rebooted my phone, but I still don't have a camera. As a result, I had to take my phone to a shop, where the camera was replaced, and now everything works fine. My last interaction with this camera lasted over an hour, so I returned Good luck with this purchase if you choose to order this item.
My first impression of it is good. It went together quickly and the camera seemed to work well. While the phone can take pictures and record videos, the stability is a bit wonky when you move it rapidly. quality of the pictures and videos is better than the photos and videos taken with my original camera, but they are not the same as those taken with the old iPhone. There is a difference in tint and hue. This product isn't an Apple product, but it's the best they've come up with for the price. If you don't want to replace the whole phone because the camera stopped working, this will do the trick.
For the fix it tutorial, I used infix it. Installation of this product was pretty straight forward. I would have liked more tools included, but I could make do with what I had.
