Is it necessary for me to clean out my water tank? Any tips?

Cleaning Tips for the Month, br>1. Simply mix one spoon vinegar with 400ml distilled water in the water tank.
2. Run the steamer for about 4 minutes, or until it reaches steaming temperature. 5mins. IMPORTANT NOTE: OZONE SHOULD NOT BE ON.br>3. Allow 30 minutes to pass after unplugging. Remove any leftover mixture or mineral deposits with a dumping shovel.
4. Rinse and repeat until you've exhausted all of your options. as many times as needed until steam returns to normal (could take up to a minute). 2 times

When the streamer is filled to the maximum line, how long does it stay on?

Why isn't there any steam coming out? Nothing is coming out despite the fact that the water is bubbling and the lights are turned on. ?

I've used my steamer four times now, and I'm having the same problem - It doesn't produce any steam, but it does light up and the water begins to boil. Did anyone try the seller's suggestion of putting tap water in the unit once and then using distilled the next time, and if so, did it work or did they come up with another solution? Thanks!

The red lights continue to blink. On the 11th of February, 2019, the following information was updated: br>A day after I posted my review explaining what had happened (see comments below), I received an email apologizing and asking if I would accept a free replacement device. Following my approval, I received a new steamer in three days, which was fully functional and very good. They followed up with a phone call to ensure that I was happy with the second device and to let me know that they were available for anything I needed. br>br>I can say that problems can strike anyone at any time, but how you deal with them makes all the difference. I would highly recommend this seller and product. br>br>****************
I just received mine, followed the instructions, poured in distilled water, and tried three different power outlets, but it won't work! I hear the beep, but the lights continue to blink and the buttons remain unresponsive, the water does not heat up, and nothing works! It's extremely aggravating!.

Carrying my full-size steamer on the road is a challenge. Because it is only a small portable steamer, I was hesitant to believe it could be as good as all the reviews claimed, but I took a chance and am glad I did. So far, I'm really enjoying it. I've only had it for a few weeks, but it's been fantastic for me and is incredibly portable. It's incredibly easy to use and performs just as well as my larger steamer. I was pleasantly surprised by its high quality! It is hoped that it will last for a long time. I'm never sure how long these things will last and continue to work. It's in need of a longer arm

I'm an esthetician, and another esthetician recommended that I buy this table top steamer. It appears to be an effective steamer. It had ozone and a protective cover over the hot glass to prevent burns, which I liked. My only criticism is that the arm should be extended an additional foot.

br> I bought this steamer as a test to see if it could help us with our breathing problems. It's incredible! It has really helped me recover from a serious lung injury sustained in a wildfire, and it is wonderful, so it helped our breathing, and if you apply lotion to your face after the treatment, (I put coconut. ) It's also very nourishing to the skin (as evidenced by her use of oil on her nose). LOVE IT!.
