Before I bought this steamer, I tried two others on Amazon that were highly rated. This was fine, but there was a lot of water in the I was stunned by the beauty of the second, but it started to lose its intensity after a few weeks, and water leaked out of the spout when I held it (you should hold it with your elbow up) and it literally BURNED me. As a result, I decided to spend the extra 30 bucks on this one since I knew I would most likely make the same mistake again. I love it so much. I have a pot of steam that is powerful and not too wet.
