Having received it for many days, I was unable to open it until yesterday after some rest. The cost was a big factor in my decision to buy. I have heard some of the hype around face steamers, but I never thought I would purchase one, I figured shower steam would be just as effective. That was a big mistake for me! My problematic skin has been bothering me for as long as I can remember. I am very glad I purchased this product. The skin isn't too bad, but hormonal breakouts rarely allow me to have a clear complexion. It has made such a great difference to my skin that I have used this face steamer for years.
