You are free to use any wax you want. Cirepil blue is one of my favorite hard waxes.
No, I do not believe that is true. The waxing machine in the salon is designed for a particular type of wax. I only use GiGi professional body wax, which is available on Amazon, and I would not recommend using any other wax.

I'm a luthier, which means I make instruments out of wood. Acoustic guitars are what I specialize in. To build the guitars, I use traditional hot hide glue. A dedicated glue pot will set you back $150 on the low end. I used a hot water pot to hold the glue in a glass jelly jar. It finally succumbed to the elements. br> I prefer to keep the hide glue temperature between 145 and 150 degrees Fahrenheit. 150°F. It must remain hot enough to use without overheating, which would denature the glue's proteins. br> I determined that a hot wax warmer with a variable thermostat and removable pot would be ideal, but only if the thermostat is accurate. br> I use the pot on a daily basis. Every night, I remove the metal pot from the warmer and place it in a small refrigerator, where it will be reheated the next morning. The metal pot is made of aluminum, which isn't particularly thick but serves its purpose. I've removed the lid's knob and inserted my thermometer into the hole, allowing me to monitor the glue's temperature. br> I've discovered that the pot is /- accurate. The temperature is 3 degrees Fahrenheit (65 degrees Celsius). Because a rheostat (manually turned knob) is much more sensitive than a digital control, I chose this pot over one with digital controls. When the pot is actively heating, the "heat" light (left hand light) turns on, and when the pot reaches the desired temperature, it turns off. As the thermostat maintains temperature, you'll see it toggle on and off, as it should. br> I'm not sure if a "real" glue pot would be more accurate than this one. I also like that it has a separate on/off switch, which allows me to keep the thermostat at the temperature I want. To get the temperature just right, I had to fiddle with it for several hours. br> I like this pot a lot and would recommend it to anyone. I'm not familiar with hot wax, but if the pot can keep hot hide glue, which is extremely sensitive, at the right temperature, I'm confident it can handle hot wax. If anything changes, I will make a new review.
After just over a month of use, it stopped working. I am extremely dissatisfied; What a colossal waste of cash. I strongly advise you to purchase a different brand because when I turn it on, it appears to be "on," the lights illuminate, but it is extremely cold and does not heat at all. Now I'll have to look for a different brand. This is what I use for my company. What a colossal financial blunder! Purchase a different brand because this one is awful!.
Excellent craftsmanship. Wax melter for the pros. The size is adequate, and the temperature control is reliable. As a licensed professional, I am pleased with the product's quality.
This has been with me since March, and it has already stopped working. It's been six months and I've only used it a few times.
My wax pot has been in my possession for about four months and it is still in excellent condition. It appeals to me.
It's far superior to my low-cost plastic ones! I've been using it for at least a year.
It appeals to me. It's ideal for my spa room. If you must travel, it is also simple to transfer.
El producto llegó con la tapa golpeada, el envase en el que se coloca la cera es más grande, y no estoy muy contenta con el producto enviado.
