I used it to melt hard wax and turned it up to melt it quickly, then turned it down during application. I purchased a silicone insert, which worked wonderfully and made cleanup a breeze (). Used in conjunction with Cerepil Pink (which can be applied to any part of the body).
So far, everything has gone well. After melting at the highest temperature, 150 degrees is ideal for my mermaid wax. Clients like it because it is cute. It is appealing to the eye.

This was something I was really looking forward to. The appearance and style were perfect, but they only lasted about 6 months before they stopped working. It isn't used on a regular basis, so the fact that it broke so quickly astounds me.

It took a long time to melt partially, so I increased the temperature to 200F, and the wax melted much faster. While heating, the temperature gauge gradually increased to the set point and remained there for a long time. I dropped the temperature to 150F after reaching 200F, and it did so quickly due to the small amount of wax I was using. The temperature display fell and then stayed at the set point once more. My other warmer has a simple adjustment knob with no scale. br>br>It's nice. br>br>It's nice. br>br>It's nice. br>b Because of how long it takes to change, it's much more difficult to get that unit to a specific temperature and a lot more difficult to do different temperatures for different waxes with that unit. In comparison, this one is a piece of cake, and it only costs a few dollars more. br>br>One thing I don't have in my other warmer is a non-electric element. Cleanup is a breeze with this stick pot. Although the aluminum pot on this is removable, I found that getting wax out of it once it was cold was nearly impossible. Cleaning this pot while it's still warm is best - It's a lot easier to remove the wax this way. I believe the manufacturer squandered an opportunity by failing to include a non-alcoholic beverage option. Since there are less expensive units with that feature, stick pot is a good option. Because there isn't a non-alcoholic beverage available, The main reason I docked a star is because of the stick pot.
