As a result, since Quarantine, I've begun waxing myself. Everything is going well, except for the fact that I need to clean my machine afterward. I've ordered this product twice so far, and both times it has arrived half-full. These containers' lids are simply loose, and you'll be lucky if there's anything left by the time it arrives at your door. It's like buying a bag of chips (which is still half air, even if the contents are tasty). br>br>I received two bottles, the first of which was 1/4 full and the second of which was 1/2 full. br>Otherwise, the product cleans your machine well, but after a couple of cleanings, you'll need to buy a new bottle. If you have to keep buying wax, it defeats the purpose of doing it yourself. Going with a company that only fills the bottles is a better investment.
I tried several methods to get the wax off the warmer, but none of them were successful. Finally, I obtained this product and dabbed a small amount on cotton before rubbing for a few seconds. It was a complete success! I've included before and after photos. Only an outside surface, I believe, will work. Because it didn't help clean the inside part (container) where the wax was actually melted, In any case, if you want to keep your warmers clean, I still recommend it.
The bottle began to leak, as has been mentioned by others. I'd say about a quarter of the bottle was lost; I'm not sure why it leaked because there was a foil seal beneath the cap. Is it possible that the cleaner's chemical composition is destroying the seal? In any case, I must say that this product performs admirably. I bought a Gigi was warmer in 2013 and it's still going strong. Consider how much wax has built up on it over the last seven years. It couldn't stand a chance against this cleaner! Although you must work it into the wax, it all came together. Even with the small amount that leaked out, a little went a long way, so I still have plenty. I'd buy it again if I had the opportunity.
It works in the same way that nail polish remover does, but for wax: ) performs admirably. I didn't take care of my wax warmer properly when I first got it, and it got a lot of wax dripped on it and other things. It looks brand new now that it's been cleaned with this stuff!.
It is quick and easy to use. Simply dab a small amount onto a cotton round and wipe away. Allow it to sit on areas with more buildup for a few seconds before wiping it away and removing the spots. br>I've only ever used it on non-profit organizations. I've used it on porous surfaces before, and it's never let me down. br>You can get this for less in stores, but I liked the convenience of not having to deal with the outside world right now, so it was worth it to me.
They're a little thicker than others I've used, and they're about the same price. If you don't use collars with a wax warmer, you'll waste a lot of time cleaning up wax strings, spills, and drips, or you'll end up with a soiled wax warmer. Neither of these options is ideal. My double wax warmer is kept nice and clean with one of these on each side! FINAL VERDICT: You'll need collars if you're using a wax warmer, or you'll end up with a huge mess to clean up.
fitting. These are fantastic collars! They're thick and sturdy, and they're the perfect size for my 14-ounce warmers. As a professional in the field, I'm not a huge fan of GiGi products, but these will definitely be repurchased!.
I'm relieved that I have it now. It arrived completely packed, so there was no way something was missing. I did some research and found: It removes both hard and soft wax from the surface. I'm a nurse, and it smells to me like a hand disinfectant, so if anyone has some, you could probably use it. But, in any case, I like this stuff; it makes my waxing tools less sticky and messy, and it smells great! mmm. juicy! )))).
