I'm going to make an educated guess. There isn't a single edging blade on the top for me. However, if a close cut is desired, say the area of the mustache It shaves as close to the skin as a razor blade can.

The blades I received on September 20th were made in Germany, came in the same box as the one pictured with this listing, and were, as far as I could tell, identical to the blades I had been using for years. This is also the cheapest price per blade I've ever seen.

They are made of diamond and titanium and will last a lifetime! These blades are incredible! Forget about the five-blade razors and the men's shave club. A Schick Quattro is a great choice. You'll never need another razor after this one! BUT. These titanium blades are what you're looking for. Titanium blades are virtually indestructible and do not rust; you can use this blade for at least a month before it becomes dull! I don't shave every day, so my stubble is thick. This blade cuts right through it, and I can shave up, down, or sideways without getting nicks! They're not only titanium, but they're diamond-coated as well! The Gillette Pro Glide is the only other blade that comes close, so get these! You will not be disappointed, and you will save money over time!.

" "However, why upgrade if an older product is still functional? I first purchased a Schick Quattro in 2003, when it was a new model with expensive blades. For example, a pack of four for $20. Despite a rather prominent Adams apple, it always did what it was supposed to do and I never cut myself with it. After replacing the handle a few times, I discovered that a good deep cleaning in boiling water keeps the movable parts in good working order. And now, for less than half the price of the original blades, I've purchased these replacement blades. That's what you get when you use a 2003 legacy product. There's no reason to wait for the next big thing. Schick, I appreciate your help.
China's cheap knockoff.
I bought a new Schick, but the problem persists. I'm curious if these are being sold at a discount because of manufacturing flaws. When it comes to razor blades, I'm not going to trust Amazon.
For myself, a woman, I purchased this razor. I liked the old Schick for women that was phased out. I couldn't find a razor that would stand up to the abuse that wasn't made of plastic and had bad blades. This is the first time I've tried something like this. For about six months, it worked perfectly. Blades have a nice close shave and are long lasting. The razor is now unable to hold the blades in its grasp. It has lost its utility. On one side of the blade, it snaps, but not on the other. I'm going to try a new one and see how long it lasts. But I'm disappointed because the blades are excellent, but the handle is no longer functional.

This is a knockoff of the Schick Quattro Tit. It irritates the skin and does not provide the same smoothness as a close shave.
I quickly converted and continued to use the Schick system for a long time, finding that each blade lasted about three weeks with daily use. The lubricant strip lasted almost as long as the blade, never getting nicked or cut. Did I say something about the trimmer blade? The entire package is practically perfect. After a few years, I became distracted by $SC and purchased the Dorco version (which was slightly less expensive and required less commitment). I believe I was content because it appeared that I was making financial savings. The 6 or 7 blade version, on the other hand, lasted no more than two weeks and the trimmer blade never worked properly. Then I tried Harry's and discovered the same thing, plus the entire Harry's package felt flimsy, and their nose trimmer blade sliced the hell out of my nose. So I went back to the Dorco/$SC versions until I recently discovered a Schick handle in the drawer's back. I ordered these blades, and I swear, it's the first time in a long time that I've been pleased with a shave, and this is the last time I succumb to marketing. I've switched back to Schick Quattro Titanium and am no longer fooled by marketing gimmicks.
