Although I prefer the PowerGlide blade, the Mach 3 is an excellent blade in its own right. Because it all boils down to dollars and cents, I use the Mach 3 and am very pleased with it.

These razors have been in my collection for 15 years, and I've been purchasing them from Amazon since 2009. The new design is terrible—it's now impossible to get a close shave. The obvious visual differences between the old and new cartridges are that the metal band on the new cartridges doesn't wrap around the entire height of the cartridge, and the new cartridge has three strips of plastic on the back instead of one (which also makes it clog more easily). br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: After receiving a second shipment of cartridges with the same poor shave quality, I've reduced my rating from two to one star. These new blades are terrible, producing the same results as a Dorco/Dollar Shave Club blade from the 1980s. I'm now looking at other manufacturers to see if they have anything that works as well as the old Mach3 design.
These blades aren't genuine Gillette Mach 3 Blades, and they don't look like them. I've had Mach 3 for a long time and have never seen "all solid blue strips. " "The plastic also melts when it comes into contact with hot water. " I don't get a close shave and have to change the blade after the second use. Sham!.
Very rough on the face, not as smooth as the store-bought ones. Do not make a purchase. When I shave my face, these razors appear to be brand new, but they feel used, or at the very least batch rejects. Everyone thinks I've said it at least a half-dozen times. I would not recommend these; instead, go to the store and buy them.
These cannot possibly be true. You should shave your head. It's not even close to a store-bought Mach 3 in terms of performance.
What makes you think it's a five-star rating? This product is a total rip-off. I'm not sure how it managed to get such a high score. The blades aren't up to par with Mach 3's standard blades in terms of quality. It lost its edge after only one shave. It felt like it was pulling the hairs out of my face, and the gel isn't the same as the Factory's original gel. It's also a lot lighter and has a more premium feel to it. If you only shave once a week, this is a good deal; however, if you shave more frequently than that, you are wasting your money. If at all possible, stay away from this terrible product.
After 15 shaves, the sharpness of this one began to deteriorate after 4 to 5 shaves.

Maybe it's my fault because I thought I'd try to save some money, but now I see what a little extra cash can get you. Although they are unquestionably less expensive than other options, they are excruciatingly painful to use. br>br>I've switched to a different model from the same company (forgot the name), and they're much better. As a result, it isn't the firm's fault. It's not that you're getting a significantly inferior product for a significantly lower price; it's entirely up to you!.
Blades are overpriced, and you can save money by making your own. Take a look at the many other options available. Don't be taken in by Gilette's ruse.
