Questions & Answers
Your testosterone level fluctuates over time, with a normal range for a man being 300–1000 nanograms per deciliter (ng/dL). Every time you use a Gillette product, your testosterone level is reduced by an unknown amount. If you want to stay a man and use Gillette blades on a regular basis, you'll need to get your testosterone levels checked on a regular basis.
These blades are genuine Gilette. When I called Gilette customer service many years ago, they told me how to tell if the blades I was buying were genuine or knockoffs. There are code numbers, about 8 digits, on the back of the plastic that holds the blade just beneath the pivoting piece. Counter fitters lack the ability to write these tiny code numbers on the plastic, and who knows if they even know? These code numbers can be found on the Amazon blades.
It's hard for me to believe that a single blade can shave a person's entire face 31 times. Gillette, on the other hand, denies this. It's advertised as lasting a month, but it only lasts 8 to 10 shaves. If I waited that long between uses, I would have to trim my beard first before shaving. If you can grow a full beard, I would estimate that you will get one blade per week from these blades. However, the one-week blade outperforms every other disposable blade on the market. As long as they cost a nickel to make, Gillette will never sell you a single blade for $1.
These razors, despite what Jeff F just said, are NOT ProGlides. The insert in the package is simply an invitation to TRY the ProGlide; the order I just received today is for the original Fusion blades.

These aren't for me because I'm a man.
Gillette Fusion razors, in my opinion, are superior to other razors in their category. However, I've noticed that the quality and longevity of these razors has decreased slightly. I'm not sure if the design has changed, but they don't seem to last as long as they used to (at least for me). I'm sure these will work fine for everyone else, but I have a thicker beard and occasionally shave my head with these. These get a lot of use from me, maybe twice a week. As you can see in my photo, the blades I used to buy at the store (Target, Walmart) had a blue lip. These have an orange lip, which can now be found in stores as well. I'm not sure if there's a difference, but I found that the older (blue) ones lasted longer. Because my beard is thicker than the average user's, I rely on these, but given the high price tag, I'd like them to live up to their reputation for durability. Also, after experimenting with other razors, I always return to these because of the precision trimmer. It's a tool that I use frequently. They do, however, become clogged fairly quickly; I am hoping that this will improve. Now that I've expressed my dissatisfaction with these, I'll admit that they're still far superior to the majority of razors in this category.
NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO Gillette: For the past 34 years, I've relied on your products. br>I'm not going to buy any more Gillette razors. Simple.
This item is not to be purchased.
These don't appear to last as long as the reviews claim.
I despise empowering a gender-conscious woman. However, I am pleased to report that using these blades has had no effect on my masculinity traits. br>One day, I'll find a better business to work for, one that accepts me for who I am.
There isn't a blade on the precision trimmer. The precision trimmer blade was not included in the package. I had to go to the store to get blades because I couldn't get the hair under my nose or sideburns without the 5th blade that should be on top. As the product isn't as advertised, I won't record it.
I tried to put it back in the holder a few times, but it fell off again. Then I realized that the blades insert was broken, so I looked for other blades, and they were all broken in the same packet. It was a complete waste!!.
