Questions & Answers
Yes (it isn't an aerosol).
I don't notice a difference in the end result, but according to Gillettes' marketing materials, there are differences between the cartridges. Whatever makes you think or feel like you're shaving better.
It has a place in my collection.
I'd say that if it works on your face, it should work on your arms and legs as well.

OUCH! This is the second set of blades I've bought on Amazon that are clearly counterfeit. After the second shave, the blue strip vanishes, and the blades begin to PULL and CUT your skin. AMAZON, where do you get them? Where do you get this garbage from?.
It's not the same as the CVS blades I purchased. They come in the same box, but the blade is much thinner, and the blue line vanished after three uses. I hope to be able to return someday.
Review from the beginning: It's a fantastic product to use, and they've finally fixed the problem with the gel continuing to pop out after you release the button - Thank you so much, Gillette! br>However, the current issue is that it stops working while the can is still half full, requiring us to pay twice as much for it and replace it twice as frequently, which is extremely inconvenient! This gel will undoubtedly earn five stars once this issue is resolved. br>br>2016 UPDATE: Amazon was wonderful in sending me a replacement, but this is something that happens with EVERY can. This is a serious flaw, which is why I'm only giving it a one-star rating. star. Gillette, wake up and fix the problem as soon as possible! br>br>UPDATE: Tuesday, February 15th, 2018: Okay, I'll try to be objective. All four of the most recent cans I've used have gone all the way! So, hopefully, the issue has been resolved, and the product now provides a FANTASTIC and SMOOTH shave (when used with the most recent ProGide / ProShield blades). As a result, I am now a satisfied customer who has upgraded to a 5-star rating!.
It's amazing how much of a difference this makes. I'm serious. I never thought I'd write a shaving cream review, but then again, I've never noticed much of a difference between brands. With varying results, I've always used shaving cream for sensitive skin. Nothing has ever made it truly comfortable until now, to be honest. br>br>First and foremost, the alpine fragrance is wonderful - musk-like but not overpowering ish. However, this is most likely a matter of personal taste. The way it improves the shave is where it really shines; you can feel a slight tingle as soon as you apply it. It has good coverage. br>br>It appears to be similar to most other shaving creams while shaving. When I cleaned up my face after finishing, I immediately noticed a difference. My face feels as if it's covered in lubricant. Like a piston through a well-oiled cylinder, the towel glided over my face. I've noticed a significant reduction in razor burn and irritation 30 minutes after shaving. br>br>I invest in high-end razors and liberally apply after-shave lotion. This is never enough to get rid of razor burn completely. I never imagined a shaving cream could have such an impact. It does. It's definitely worth your time to give it a shot. From now on, I'll only purchase this variety.
For a good reason, I've been a loyal Gillette customer for the past 20 years. These fusion razors with five blades are ideal for the job. My shaves are always close to the skin and cause no irritation. The lubricant strip performs admirably. Shaving cream isn't always necessary. The blades are costly, but they are well worth the investment. I'm a lifelong fan who gives 5 stars.
These blades received a lot of negative feedback, and I'm not sure how a brand new blade from a reputable manufacturer could be as bad as some of the reviews claimed. However, I must admit that I was not as wowed as I had hoped. I've shaved with the first blade in the package for about four times now, and I don't think they're as sharp as the Walgreen's knock-off. I've purchased a number of knock-offs. They're not getting any duller; they're just not as good as they used to be. I'm not sure I'll buy them again, and I might send them back.
Everyone knows they're outrageously priced, but they're still the best. The fact that I didn't have to waste 30 minutes of my life in Walmart overpaying for these blades was a huge plus. Like any 21st Century guy, I overpaid from the comfort of my couch!.
I'm a woman who buys these for my own shaving needs. I've never understood why all of the handles on women's razors are made of plastic. Gillette blades have always been known for their high quality and durability. It just so happened that the Gillette Fusion was the model I chose ten or so years ago. I adore the five blades and their high quality. Depending on my shaving methods (soaking in the tub versus a quick shower), a twelve pack can last me eight to twelve months. In my opinion, Gillette razor blades are a fantastic product. br>br>In terms of buying from this specific listing, I believe the product I received is genuine and of the high quality I've come to expect from Gillette. I'm not sure what happened to the rest of the people who got subpar blades.
