Instructions don't come with the product I had to do my own research to find out how it should be handled. Start by smoothing out the rough side of the leather strop, then begin roughing the smoother side. Think of it like sandpaper, you wish for the cleanest surface to start roughing, then smoothing. Thank you. I hope it

There is just over an inch of usable leather on this piece. It is listed as being 22 inches long in the title. It states that the item is 24 inches long in the description. A 17-inch package is stated to be the length of the product. The two strips of material are attached to each other. A plain tanned leather is one and a suede leather is the other. Despite the thin suede, both seem to be cheaply made. I was hoping for as much working surface as possible so that you would use short strokes on your strop. I will have to look for a better quality item in the near future since this is a disposable item. Pay what you want and you will receive what you paid I bought this strop for very little money and it was not worth anything at all.
In general, it seems like a good idea, but I have no real idea what I'm doing with it. Item is a strip of leather and there is a swivel hook attached to one end, just like the pictures. It's good to know that, It's just like every other nitwit out there with a straight razor I can rub it from side to side on the leather strip and feel like the best looking I'll be out of commission for a few minutes. And that is why it is This, therefore, is a highly recommended book!.
Razor sharpener, works for a short time but then wears out. Because the strops are so light, they are unlikely to make much impact or impression if applied in a fundamental way. sharp razors are all that you need and you don't need it to last more than a few sessions, you are likely going to love this product. However, if it is an implement you seek, this is probably not for you.
My father has been shaved with a straight razor for months, so I understand how important shaving with a strop is. It is easier to produce a straighter edge instead of shaving with a microscopically warped edge when the blade is strapped. There is no doubt that stropping makes a significant difference when shaving. It is possible that I would have to buy it again for a while, but I hope the first one will last long enough to prevent this from happening.
Using KME sharpening system in conjunction with this was extremely helpful. It's no secret that my knives are razor It is crucial to use strapping on the sharpened edge in order to remove the burr.
This strop is good for sharpening fine edges.
Only thing that bothers me about this product is the fact that it is difficult to tell from the novice which side of the additional leather strip should be used. A person's only guide is his or her intuition.
The reed diffuser was bought for my father to accompany a straight razor kit, he really enjoyed.
