There is only a small magnifying mirror attached to the device. I believe that this is the primary downside of the product. It has to be attached to the normal-looking cable. I've been debating buying a makeup mirror for a while now and I've finally found this one and let me tell you, I am in love with it. My purchase was an impulse buy since I wasn't sure I needed a makeup mirror anyways (I have a vanity mirror, but I have to stand to be able to see detail in it. As for me, I'm an extremely high maintenance person). My point is this I bit the bullet and bought it, and it is even better than I expected. As soon as I removed it from its packaging, I began charging it. For the last day, I used it 3 times a day (morning skincare, makeup routine, night skincare) and about five times total. It probably took 15 minutes to get it fully charged and I have had it sitting on my vanity (freestanding) for about 15 minutes total. We have been doing it for at least two weeks and it is still going well. I was impressed by it because it said it would, but I just don't know what else to say. Despite its usefulness, the little mirror that comes with it to magnify things was not kept on the other hand, I did keep the box. The top is made from wood and it has a suction cup on the back so it can stay put. I don't want to see that many imperfections on it. Anyway, I digress. This mirror is awesome, so if you're wondering it's worth the money, then yes. It is true. My answer is yes.
