Yes, that is correct. They don't seem to make any non-alcoholic beverages, in my opinion. Flat irons made of ceramic are no longer available.

When I first bought this curling iron, I plugged it into a European outlet, which immediately fried the iron and shorted the outlet. I bought this flat iron with a voltage converter on my second trip to the Philippines, and it worked perfectly this time. And then there's today. Since I got the straightener, it had been turning off on me while I was using it, but I assumed it was because it was so cheap. Today, it has completely shut down and will not turn back on. This straightener has never been dropped or damaged in any way. It's either a bad straightener or a really bad one that was sent to me.
As you can see, my sister's hair is extremely curly and thick! With these flat irons, you'll be able to get your hair to be perfectly straight! They're fantastic.

My hair was burned, the plates didn't line up correctly, and even on the lowest setting, it didn't completely straighten. There's also a lack of consistency in the heat. Returning the Chi and planning to buy another.
It doesn't get hot enough, and the plates are cheap.

I had it for a few months and it worked great until the last time I used it and noticed it broke my hair off, despite the fact that I was not using it at the highest temperature.
