A silicone strip was placed on all the plates to prevent damage to your hair. The one I received did not include strips and as a result, I had frizzy hair at the ends. In my case, I had to remove about 2 inches of Angry with myself, I went to my room. It was more like an old Paul Mitchell express flat iron than the new BIO IONIC Onepass that had the silicone strips. Normally I would send the Paul Mitchell box back, but I wish I would have kept the box. I'm glad I spent my money in such a wasteful way.
It took me years, but I finally bought what I thought was the exact same flat iron as my Pro tool flat iron tucked out and stopped working. That's all right. There was no such thing as it. Their changes made it a bit more interesting. The clip looks the same, but it isn't powerful enough to grip and clamp hair. However, it heats up better than my old one, which makes sense since mine was old to begin with. Despite the delay in use, it is easier to use because the clasp works better. I chose not to return it because I find it a real hassle to return things. That's what I'm going to do.

I am so disappointed. third Paul Mitchell flat iron, and it does not even come close to the quality of my Returning to the game is the purpose here.
There is a Husky who got his paws on my PM Flat Iron. Despite not being as wide as the others, this still represents the same superb quality and PM. I really like this.
I definitely recommend it.
