The answer is yes! This is great! I adore it. My first Chi was never an experience I was looking forward to, but I knew I would never buy anything like it again. A quality product from beginning to end!

the real chi has a breaker box plug and a LED light, the on and off buttons should not be next to each other. TOURMALINE IS A LIGHT, LIMY, MUSTARD YELLOW COLOR. I would strongly urge you not to buy!.
As a result of mixed reviews, I was hoping that this would replace the flat iron I had for over 6 years that just stopped working great & I thought this would be the perfect replacement. It appears that this is a fake from the way the plug box is coming apart. I have to agree with the others who indicated it is. When I first saw this model I thought perhaps it was just an updated model, but if you look at the box it comes in I think it's not My original manual looks almost identical to this one, but the product is vastly In general, the quality of the one I got appeared to be inferior, including the feel of it, the weight of it, the thickness of the plates, etc. You can find the outlet here. You can see a comparison in the attached pictures. The quality of the product was the only reason that prevented me from using it It will be returned to me. Despite that, you may still be satisfied with how it works (I cannot comment on that) but if you had an authentic Chi & Chi, then you may be less satisfied I am not sure this is what you are looking for if you are looking for the same thing.
The quality of it is not important but the fact that it does a better job than my previous store brand straightener is. I am overall satisfied with the purchase, but I may consider trying something different in the future because there may be similar items available for a slight price reduction.
My laptop only lasted a little less than a month before it stopped working properly, contrary to the day I first bought The other thing to keep in mind is that it does not heat up to 410 degrees, I returned it as it did not live up to my expectations as I had expected after reading the positive reviews.
Even though this is a Chi product, I'm somewhat disappointed in the quality of it, as it feels and looks cheap and looks made in China. I don't plan on returning it because it serves its purpose, but honestly, it looks and feels cheap. The price is not worth it.

A flat iron called the Chi was introduced to me when I owned a hair salon. Other than this, I would never use anything else.
Great product, I would repurchase. I have used it for a while without any.
