Honestly, I think it should, since the flex looks similar to the Revolution, and the cover stretches pretty well, making it a great option!
This is a good fit! As for the Revolution SE, it's a good fit.
Rain shields either can be purchased direct from the manufacturer, at a local baby store (BuyBuyBaby), or from an auction site you might be familiar with.
You should be able to use this rain shield. As a precaution, I bought my rain jacket in Disneyland to take with me when it was forecast to rain before we left. Thanks to this rainshield, my kids remained dry (not getting wet from the front or the sides of the car). The ponchos we bought for Disney were to keep dry during the rain. Another way to make the kids more comfortable was to pad the bottom of the duallie's seat with a blanket. In addition, I used a double-width footmuff at night which acted like a sleeping bag for my kids' feet (regardless of whether it was raining). cannot seem to locate the name of that double side-by-side I am listening to) I am not going to belabor the point, but with this setup, my children were always warm, dry, and toasty. I purchased this very last minute for the trip, since the weather forecast had Though I was worried because of the negative reviews, there was not a good alternative. Unfortunately, the forecast was correct. But Bob Weather Shield worked like a charm! spent the entire day at Disneyland/California Adventure, and it rained 90% of the time. Thanks to this rain shield, we were able to enjoy our trip. During that time, both of our children In numbers 5 and 1, there are six. Their rooms were 5) stylish and extremely comfortable, but they did not overheat. As soon as I got up in the morning, I put the cover over the stroller, and I lifted it up all day so the kids could get in and out. A good feature of the side bungee cords was that they held in place We were able to use our 2016/2017 Revolution Flex Duallie Double without any issues. All recent model years could easily fit in the same place. We also own a rain shield for our single City Mini GT stroller, for reference. There is too much Velcro to deal with -- it is impossible to put it on and take it off when it is wet. Kids never seem to be able to breathe in it, plus it's too hot and stuffy. Besides Bob rain shields, no one beats this one! This is a 100% recommendation.
The sun screen is very easy to put on and take off (way easier than the BoB model). The cover keeps the kids dry and comfortable in weather as cold as 60 degrees when it is raining lightly. You can pass off snacks or anything else you would like without taking everything off. I like that both kids' jerseys have a hand vent. In the front there is a third vent by the kids' toes. The air flows out behind their heads through this vent. It would be great to see an increase in airflow since the design won't be suitable.

A quality product- Compared to our BOB strollers, this product comes close to meeting our high standards. It's a different story when it comes to being fit. Unless otherwise specified in the instructions, the top flap should extend down behind the seats, however, it barely makes it to the top. They are standing in the corner of the room!
