It is impossible to see into the stroller when this cover is on. This may seem like a good cover, but without a panel to see down, my son can't talk to me or see what's going on in the stroller while I'm not looking. The plan is to return.
During the pandemic, it serves as a barrier of protection since my son is too young to wear a mask, so I use it for him whenever we are out among the public.
My infant and 4 month old children are happy when we go out for a stroll when I have the cover on. There is no better way to spend your free time!.
It is good quality, but it is not as easy to install as I might In addition, the stroller is now covered in black, which detracts from the color. Though the rain cover I received came ripped, I liked it much better.
It has a nice thickness and isn't too heavy The Cruz stroller is durable, but I dislike the fact that it fits too big it does not fit snugly so it lets in air, and the holes for air are big enough for my daughter's fingers to fit through them, so she will eventually stretch them out.
I could not be more pleased with my Uppababy Cruz, it really came in handy during this pandemic, we used it all the time while out. Having this rain cover atop my stroller made it more comfortable to bring my baby out into the rain.
The perfect solution to protect your Covids.
It would have been unfair to compare the original rain shield that came with the Uppababy stroller to the performance rain shield, but since we live in Seattle, I decided I would be getting my money's worth for buying this It has so far served its purpose of blocking light rain and wind from entering baby's room. This fits perfectly over my toddler seat with my ganoosh installed and can be folded down while it is still attached, which is a highly convenient feature. There is one thing I like about it which is that the cover is zippered so you can get your baby in/out without having to remove the whole cover. In addition to the Velcro straps on the sides, it also has an additional attachment at the foot of the seat for those windy days. I do think the manufacturer should consider adding a similar one at the foot of the seat. It is important to keep in mind that the shield only works when the canopy is fully extended. Additionally, the top of the stroller will be fully enclosed, so if fashion is your thing, no one will see the color of your stroller when it is open. Ours was not a factor, but we could imagine it might be for others. Generally, we are pleased with our purchase, and would recommend it to anyone living in an area with wind and rain.
