Hello! No, it won't work with a square faucet.
Gray is the color of the one I bought from Amazon.
It appears that the bottom of my tub is covered by at least 1/2 inch of material. My three-year-old has Asperger's Syndrome. The twins are 14 months old. Since I got this, all three of them enjoy getting their hands under the faucet and haven't hurt themselves.

It appears to be a great deal of fun. br>br>** UPDATE *
br>we replaced this cartoonish blue faucet with a grey one that looks just like it. It is still one of our favorites.
It was purchased to keep my dogs from leaning over the faucet and covering the rough faucet edges when they were drinking from it. The material is thick and the color is a nice bright blue. It's simple to slip over the faucet and take it off for cleaning.
Quick shipping! And it keeps my 2-year-old safe while I bathe her; I'm always worried she'll hit her head or something else because kids are clumsy, so this gives me peace of mind. I would strongly suggest it.
This adorable spout cover is one of my favorites. I got one for Nana's house and another for the baby's! My daughter was overjoyed to report that our 10-month-old baby boy is no longer afraid of the spout in the bath, and baths are now a blast.
It's in the guest bathroom of a mobile home that we recently bought and are renovating. This is the last of a long list of replacements, and it hides an unsightly faucet while also matching the decor!.
The shape drew me in. It appeared to be a foregone conclusion that it would work perfectly. That wasn't the case. Our standard tub spout couldn't handle the size of the product, and it kept falling off. I tried wrapping an elastic band around it a couple of times to keep it on, but I gave up.
The bottom of the old tub faucet was corroded, and my husband didn't want to mess with grout or tile to replace it, so I bought this cover for it. It slid right on, stayed put, worked perfectly, and looked a lot better!.
This is something I should have purchased years ago. br>The only issue I see is allowing the child to play with it and then removing it. That isn't to say the product isn't good.
